Беше малко мръсно в стаята, прахът не беше трит по первазите .. канализацията връща миризми .. мирише нон стоп на урина от тоалетната .. трябва да си вземат по-силни вентилатори

Стаята е просторна и чиста. Храната е вкусна ( стига да има кой да я приготви)
Един човек посреща на рецепция и сервира в ресторанта! В Booking и с табели в хотела, закуската е обявена от 8 ч до 10 ч. Персоналът пристига в 8.38 ч в хотела и тепърва започва да разчиства ресторанта от вечеря!
Платих за апартамент. Настаниха ме в двойна стая. Не знаеха кого чакат, но и лични карти не поискаха за настаняване. При пълно плащане при резервирането, два пъти ми се каза, че резервацията ми не е платена...Липсва координация между управител- персонал (според мен).
