The property is really nice. Everything is clean and well organized. The staff at the lobby bar and the reception are absolutely amazing! We had a lake view. The mini bar was super full. The food at the restaurant is nice. They offer good selection of wine.

Service at the restaurant needs serious improvement. It is extra slow and not professional. Our first server was a bit too sarcastic and very slow for my taste. For the second dinner there was no service for really long time. No drinks available, not even water, unless you have a server. At the end of the dinner we managed to somehow find a waiter and order drinks. When we asked for the bill, the waiter made herself a plate from the buffet and disappeared. We never saw her again.

The 5 stars of this place are very Bulgarian, if you're used to European standards this should be 3 stars. The view was nice and the food was good. The bed was hard which is our preferred type of mattress. Everything else is a disaster.

The walls were so thin you could hear the TV and people talking in the next room. The music by the pool was blasting to the point you need to wear earplugs if you want peace. They say it's all inclusive but the drinks are paid separately, including water, guess the price? 2.5€ for a small plastic bottle. The bathroom doesn't have a shower cabin so everything gets wet, it's third world... The furniture in the rooms is the cheapest you can imagine and, the coffee machine was broken... It was not worth the money at all.
