There was a good variety of foods, the staff were really kind to us, the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean (which is very important to us)

There was what looked like a bit of mold in the ceiling of the bathroom, but it didn’t bother us.

We had a great weekend. The staff were extremely kind, we had everything we needed throughout the whole stay. The room was spacious and clean, se even had a welcome present. The food was also excellent, there was a huge variety of options. The spa was clean and the pools were great as well.

The location does not feel spacious enough. The indoor spa is big enough but the outside area feels a bit small. The hotel is surrounded by other buildings and houses and the outside are can feel a bit claustrophobic.

The SPA zone is very good and offers different pools which is great for the children.

Let’s start with stating that for me this is not a 5-star hotel. First of all, the room was not as clean as it should be. There was a lot of dust everywhere. Second, the food was the worst I have eaten in such a “5-star” restaurant, some of the items were bad and others were undercooked, the food was not fresh, especially the salads. The person at the reception was not in a good mood and did not explain any of the benefits the hotel offers. An example is the program for the children. Also, I asked whether the lunch during the week is free (something that I already knew), he said he doesn’t know and will check, something he never did. In the children’s area, the women who are supposes to entertain the children were grumpy the whole time and the only thing they are doing is repeating to the kids: “Do not do that.” Overall, I will not come back to this place.
