Price performance / Ideal for spending quality time with your close friend or spouse.

- Room size - View - Air conditioning performance - Reliable internet - TV - Jacuzzi - Close to Dospat center - There are lots of cute cats around, so don't forget to bring some cat food with you. - Even though we went in February, we had a sunny day. The view and weather conditions were beautiful.

- The toilet could have been cleaner. - Lack of disposable slippers. - Food is difficult to find, it's hard to find a quality restaurant nearby.

Stylish stay with stunning views

Our room featured a stunning view and a stylish interior that made our stay very relaxing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare food. A perfect blend of comfort and functionality!

One minor drawback was that the underfloor heating was only available in the bathroom, leaving the rest of the living space feeling a bit cooler. Additionally, we noticed that the room temperature was slow to rise, taking some time to reach a comfortable level.

I loved the view, the cleanliness and the calmness that this place has.

The walls are quite thin and not soundproof. Therefore, the couple in the room next to us had a huge argument late at night and we could hear then arguing for hours. We were also hearing the TV of the other neighbours as well. Also, for such a nice place not to have a coffee machine with some capsules, and an electric kettle for some tea, it is a shame

Amazing view, discussed with the maintanence

Everything is new. The view is amazing. There are kittens in the area.

Dirty! There was trash left in the bed drawers (bags of chips and 3 boxes of smoked iqos cigarettes). There were dirty socks on the floor from the previous occupants The sheets were not changed and they smelled like chips. The photos show bathtub jacuzzi in the roosi but don't get mistaken - they are only in the expensive ones

Excellent!

The location is great. It’s not too far from the city center (not walkable distance but a short car ride). The view is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms have everything you need and the separate kitchen is also very convenient. The wellness center is small but it has everything you need and it’s very clean. This is a great place for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The host, Catherine is amazing, very helpful and kind.

Good try

The location is great with absolutely amazing view. The room was clean, but for us a little bit tiny, since we were with 2 kids-13 & 4 y. We use the barbecue and the dining room, so it was ok. Very nice kids playground outside.

There were no coffeemaker in the house so we needed to use a vending machine, unfortunately this vending machine went out of order therefore no coffee for us. There were bad smell from the bathroom and it was heavily bearable, specially during night.

The view

After booking, someone called me to apologize that the last night was double booked. So I had to reschedule but I didn’t get my money back. Reception was closed, no manager whatsoever. No customer care. No cleaning service.

The restaurant witch is responsible for the food is not very good the quality is way out of normal, old maybe cooked yesterday french fries were like rubber and this is not normal next time when we visit the place maybe in the late summer we will bring food and cook it on place because you have everything you need in the room.

Great facility, bad attitude

The atmosphere was great! The scenery was amazing due to the close proximity to the dam! The jacuzzi was very romantic, and the design of the whole apartment was very nice!

I felt the host's attitude towards us was somewhat condescending. Although we were not notified that we would have to pay in cash, the host expected us to do so and when we told her we don't have that much money in cash at the moment, they showed a bit of annoyance. However, they brought us a POS terminal, and we paid by card. We had a problem with locking up the door. We reported this to the host 3 minutes after they left the apartment. The response was: "Alright, I am coming back.". Obviously, that was not the priority, and they returned after 55 min! Meanwhile, we just had to sit and wait, missing the sunset, because we couldn't go out, leaving our belongings unguarded. The apartment floor was a bit dirty when we got there. The dishes were stacked up one over another as usual, but all except the first one were still wet - they seem to have been washed right before our arrival. (When stacked like these in the cabinet and wet, I don't see how they would dry...)

Мястото е определено с красива гледка и локация. Беше чисто и добре поддържано. Ако наемете две тройни стаи, има възможност да използвате допълнително и механа, което е плюс. Пролетта и лятото е по-подходящо за посещение, защото в зимния сезон няма много какво да се прави в региона.

Имахме проблем с топлата вода както и в залата нямаше достатъчно кухненски принадлежности. Това, което ни разочарова най-много обаче е, че от комплекса препоръчват ресторант (който е на същия собственик) с меко казано ужасна храна! Ние изхвърлихме от поръчката ни почти всичко! Изключително неуместно е клиентите да се подвеждат и лъжат по този начин. Опитахме се да се свържем с ресторанта, за да върнем поръчката- но никой не ни вдигна телефона. Тази препоръка определено променя цялостния experience на мястото и оставя впечатление за възползване от туристите, тъй като няма много опции за ресторанти.

Прекарахме два прекрасни дни в апартамента с вана заедно с приятеля ми и останахме повече от доволни. Мястото е идеално за пълноценна почивка далеч от големия град — тишина, чист въздух и страхотна гледка. Персоналът беше изключително любезен, в частност дамата на рецепцията, която ни съдейства с леките премеждия, които имахме. Чистотата в апартамента беше на отлично ниво. Къщичките са уютни и добре поддържани, всяка разполага с веранда с пейка и люлка, както и барбекю, което е на разположение на гостите. Голям плюс за нас беше, че мястото е напълно dog-friendly — можехме да бъдем с нашето кученце, което също се чувстваше много комфортно. Останахме истински впечатлени и с удоволствие бихме се върнали отново! ❤️🌸

Всичко ни хареса. Може би единствено би било хубаво в бъдеще /като съвет/ да има кафе машина в стаята, както и да се помисли за възможност за закуска и/или вечеря, тъй като към момента има възможност да се поръча от ресторанта в Доспат, което също е улеснение. ☺️

Местоположението на вилите, както и сами вили бяха страхотни.

Апартамента и механата имаха всички споменати удобства, но липсваха доста детайли. Имаше съдомиална, но нямаше таблетки за нея. Нямаше торби за коша за боклук, нямаше ръкохватки за печката, нямаше кърпи за ръце в кухнята, нямаше чиния в микровълновата и трудно се използваше. Смесителя в кухнята всеки момент щеше да падне.
