We booked the Studio with a lake view and had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious and had a big kitchen. We booked a room with a big table in order to work and it was very comfortable. The best part was definitely the view of the lake from the terrace. It is a 3 minute car ride from the town center so it's quiet but close enough to walk with some stunning views. There are BBQ areas for guests and we are overall very happy with our stay. I think this is the best spot if you are thinking of visiting Dospat.

The only downside was that the spa wasn't working during our stay. They could turn on everything if you ask soon enough but it takes a while to warm up the hot tubs and sauna so I would recommend to call beforehand and make sure they know you want to use the spa if that's the case.

There are places in every country that stand out and instantly make you fall in love with them. Oasis is one of these places. I have traveled a lot around Bulgaria and stayed in a number of high quality hotels but this place is the best price to quality ratio. The lake is visible from every room and the view is hard to describe in words. It’s plain beautiful. The territory has numerous benches and tables to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There are also BBQ areas for guests. The spa and hot tub are also very nice. The nearby village has shops, restaurants, a gym, barbershop, atm, and everything else you may need during your stay. I have stayed for only two nights but will definitely come back in a month for a 1-2 week retreat to live here and work remotely. This place is truly amazing! 10/10!

The shower in the 3 person room is functional but a bit strange in operation. The water is building up around the toilet floor after use. But that’s being picky - everything is great!

The location and the outdoor space are incredible!

The bed was not comfortable.

We liked everything! Very good hotel, very beautiful place. Recommend it!
