Breathtaking views and an incredible place to visit

There are places in every country that stand out and instantly make you fall in love with them. Oasis is one of these places. I have traveled a lot around Bulgaria and stayed in a number of high quality hotels but this place is the best price to quality ratio. The lake is visible from every room and the view is hard to describe in words. It’s plain beautiful. The territory has numerous benches and tables to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There are also BBQ areas for guests. The spa and hot tub are also very nice. The nearby village has shops, restaurants, a gym, barbershop, atm, and everything else you may need during your stay. I have stayed for only two nights but will definitely come back in a month for a 1-2 week retreat to live here and work remotely. This place is truly amazing! 10/10!

The shower in the 3 person room is functional but a bit strange in operation. The water is building up around the toilet floor after use. But that’s being picky - everything is great!

hotel very nice and clean excellent views

we made a mistake of the date by 24 hrs whe we were in the room they asked us to leave as the booking was for the day before the hotel was empty however they insisted we paid the fool amount again .there was nobody in the room for previous day .manageress was very un helpfully I'm resolving the matter we ended up paying double price just to stay the one night with no discount she said the hotel was full and that would mean a full capacity of up to 200 people yet there was only 5 cars in the car park .we will mot stay again or recommend this ace to anyone

The location is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a great time.

It was a but cold, it took some time for the place to warm up. There are no facilities to eat at the place unless you cook yourself. There is a restaurant you can order from,nearby.

Overall a wonderful stay!

The location on the reservoir was excellent! The view with the mountains and water was awesome and very relaxing. The wellness center- with two hot tubs, two saunas, a steam room and a salt sauna- was great and a good value (small extra cost of 20 leva per person). The staff was very nice and the room was comfortable. The coffee machine by the lobby was very good as well.

The pillows in the bed were not comfortable and the room could benefit from some more hooks- in the bathroom for towels and robes and in the entry area for coats.

Excellent view to Dospat Lake. There is a "mechana" a shared kitchen.

We didn't see the staff the whole stay. On weekends if all rooms are reserved then you don't have privacy. People can play loud music and there are no rules for that or staff to stop that.

The view is simply perfect, the location too. The place is furnished to be cosy and very comfy, very well kept yard. A stunning view from the terrace in the common area of Orchidea building, I would come again for it.

There was a lot of someone's hair on the bed. We wanted to light a fire and bake some meet but there was no paper, nor lighter to start it, nor a cutting board.
