Dorucka nije bilo, apartman je dosta udaljen od grada, susedi su bili bucni (bazen preko puta apartmana...koji je bio nocu posecen sa bucnim mladicima).

Overall, it was very good value for the price. The location is great, especially if you are planning to visit the Seven Rila Lakes. The staff were very friendly, and the property is also pet-friendly for an extra charge, which was important for us. We had a great view from the balcony, and the property also has a common kitchen area with everything you need, which is very convenient. Free parking spots on site were also a very nice bonus. We also had an unexpected issue during our stay, and the communication with the hosts about resolving it was very friendly, fair, and smooth, which we really appreciated.

A couple of things were a bit strange or uncomfortable. There was less than one full roll of toilet paper for a 2-night stay, which is obviously not enough. Also, the shower is a typical Balkan-style wet room, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you take a shower. There was a small floor mat near the bathroom door for wet feet, but it looked quite dirty and was placed very close to the entrance, which made it uncomfortable to enter without stepping on it accidentally. That said, considering the price, these issues were quite tolerable.

*** ביקורת בעיברית בהמשך למטה... First of all, the hostess was not welcoming at all. There were not enough kitchen utensils to properly cook a meal. For example, there was no regular cooking pot, no large frying pan, and no pasta strainer. I had to borrow some utensils from the hotel next door, which is also managed by the owner. What really bothered me was that, after lending them to me, she insisted that I return them immediately after use, while making unpleasant comments and mumbling in Bulgarian. The whole interaction was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Another issue was the way the kitchen utensils that were already available were stored — under the sink, next to the drain. I found this very unhygienic and was honestly concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen. When I asked for an additional blanket, instead of simply providing one, she made a face and wrote through the translator that I needed a blanket because I had not turned off the air conditioner. For me, this crossed the line. Guests should be able to ask for a blanket without being made to feel uncomfortable or judged. It is a shame, because the property itself has good potential. Please also note that payment is required in cash, and the family room is quite small. I had to pay an additional €160 for another room. The only positive thing I can say about the hostess is that she did help arrange the additional room. This is my first negative review. I usually leave positive reviews and compliments when I am satisfied with a stay. We left the rooms clean and tidy, took out the rubbish, and treated the property with respect — that is simply how we were raised.
