Липсата на едно помещение тип всекидневна/кухня в самата къща, а не отделно от нея. С малко дете е трудно

Престоят в къщата ни беше изключително удобен и приятен. Безпроблемно се настанихме 9 човека. Механата е напълно оборудвана, стаите чисти и топли. Домакините са приветливи и услужливи и са лицензирани ски учители. С тяхна помощ всички се научихме да караме ски. Даже се сприятелихме :))). Поздрави , Боги и Марианка!!! Лятото сме пак там.

Charming garden featuring a fully equipped tavern, kitchen, and barbecue area, all separate from the main house. Enjoyed stunning mountain views and a host who is exceptionally responsive.

Contrary to the listing’s description, which states private parking, only public street parking is actually available. After an extended discussion, we were eventually permitted to park our cars in the courtyard; however, the host indicated that this was considered “undesirable.” I would kindly recommend updating the listing to reflect the actual parking arrangements in order to avoid potential misunderstandings for future guests. More importantly, the property description should clearly and transparently state that a host (an elderly family member) resides permanently on the premises, has direct access to the accommodation, and will be present during guests’ stays. While the host’s presence was courteous and not disruptive, I would have preferred to be aware of this in advance, as it would have significantly influenced my booking decision. Following my discussion with the host, a photo has since been uploaded to Booking to indicate this; however, it is provided only in Bulgarian, which may still cause confusion for international guests. I would kindly recommend to include a notice also in English to avoid any potential misunderstanding in the future.
