Много приятно място - тихо и спокойно, чисто и подредено. Басейнът е с изключително чиста вода. Персоналът е винаги усмихнат и отзивчив.

Cozy little Hotel with community kitchen and a mineral water pool. Friendly staff and quick response to our questions. Restaurants nearby - we recommend Fuego ( small restaurant with various meals).

Shared communal areas were really helpful, the pool, hot tub, and sauna were all lovely and clear. It is genuine mineral water from the area. View from our balcony of the mountain was lovely, and the staff were helpful.
The advert for our room advertised a private jacuzzi on the balcony but our room did not have this. Other rooms did. However I feel that the facilities advertised should be available to us in our booking, and we were essentially “catfished”.
