We had a wonderful stay with our children. The hotel is very comfortable and suitable for families during the warmer months. The facilities, pools and SPA area were excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the restaurant. The food was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Overall, everything was very well organized and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Lovely hotel with modern facilities in a nice neutral natural decor (wood tonee) - spacious bedroom and large bathroom, again clean and modern with excellent and thoughtful design of space for clothing and belongings. Massive freedorm pool with separate children’s pool; multiple smaller mineral pools; large indoor length pool; spa. Bright attractive breakfast area with exceptional food choices. We ate at the restaurant several evenings and the food was excellent scellent and very good value for money.
Location wise it sits in the middle of farmland and the village of Belchin has very little to offer (mini market, 2 restaurants); 10kms to nearest larger town

The swimming pools were amazing all of them with mineral water, unfortunately, there was no pool with regular water temperature so they were all super hot. If you’re going in the summer, it’s not the best. There is only one small pool with cold water where you can dip to cool off. The location is pretty nice. The whole complex has quite big territory so you can do big walks. The food and the restaurant was really nice and delicious. there’s a small outdoor fitness, which was quite nice and you can do a workout there.
To me, the prices were really overpriced. Everything was super expensive from normal cocktails to a regular meal from the menu of the restaurant. The breakfast was very basic. We paid almost €200 per night and I think that the quality of the food and the prices didn’t match our expectations. In my opinion, the bar closed too early at 23h.. so did the room service.
