One of my favourite places to stay when I need to disconnect from reality.

A place where you can really relax. The place has everything you may need. It has a beautiful restaurant, a spa center and everyone was really friendly and always answer our needs. Also the place is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.

Bath tub in every room, round bed, chilled out personnel, easy checkin

Bath tub released some bad dump smell while starting, old style decoration, no shelves for cosmetics in toilet, no kettle, tea or coffee in the room, no moody lights in bedroom

Stay at the safi delux apartment

The location was amazing, the view was awesome.

The room wasnt clean, there were dead insects on the floor when we arrived. The bathtub was super unclean. When we started it was smelling awful. Other guests reported the same problem. Half of the lights in the room were not working. The windows were making a lot of noise when there was wind and we couldnt sleep because of it. The restaurant was ultra expensive and everything was frozen. The relax zone was pretty premitive and very moldy. There was mold everywhere.

The room is pretty small, practically the bed + bathroom + balcony, but it's perfect for a short stay. The panoramic view from the balcony is gorgeous. Breakfast is not bad.

The last meters of the road from the closest street to the hotel are terrible.

Awesome little relaxing place to go with your SO

The room was awesome, very clean and large. The staff was really nice and helpful. We used the relax zone and the pool, everything was great. It was really quiet and remote place to relax and enjoy. We would totally return again.

The pool left us a feeling to be a little improvized, we would love to see it like more permanent solution, and the water in the pool was little too cold for our liking.

view and location , but..

the worst hotel I have ever seen. Before you stay here - look at other people's reviews. don’t repeat my mistake. I booked and paid for the room on booking, when I arrived this room was not available. host don’t make me refund and settled in a room that is much cheaper. but it’s still not a main problem. the main point is music from the restaurant , it’s played all night. very loud. really very loud. and restaurant places on my floor. the hotel owners said the music would stop after 23:00, but that's not true. after 23:00 the owners simply turned off the phone. I went to the restaurant to look for the staff - they told me that they will call the owner, after 5 min nobody comes but staff just lock door for restaurant so that I could not enter. I could not sleep and wanted to change the room to any other. nothing happened. nobody answer me, nobody talk with me. just turn off phone and lock the door. after that I go to restaurant from the outside door and it was open. I found one person and ask to change the room for more silent but they told me that they don’t have a rooms. of course they don’t … it’s seems like everyone from restaurant stay on this hotel to celebrate the wedding all night . and it’s ok. but not ok for me. if I knew that I never stay. nobody warn me about that. I said that ok then I want to refund and go to other hotel but personal said me that can’t give me a refund. finally I left this hotel at the night 1:20am and drive for another hotel to sleep. on the next day I return to talk with owners of hotel (Iskra, tricky woman) and she don’t agree about refund and didn’t make it. I was refused a refund. the owners are sly and deceitful. about room: great view, but that’s it. there was no spoon, no kettle in the room, there was an unpleasant smell of dampness, and water constantly flowed from the toilet and did not stop. I highly not recommend this hotel because the main thing in hotel - these are its owners.

Perfect spot in dospat!! Waking up with a view of the lake. Staff were excellent. Few other destinations worthy to see are 30 km away

Nothing

The view from the balcony to the lake was obstructed by a huge building of a mosque. There were prayers from the mosque through loud speakers every few hours. The staff was friendly however when asked to clean the room and change the towels did not do it. When we arrived in the late evening it was pitched black, we had to use the projectors from our phones to find the way. The bedsheets looked scruffy. The breakfast was only one type of pastry. We had diner only one evening- the food was from frozen and the vegetables were not fresh.
