Overall rather disappointing. Staff need to address the water problem urgently.

The room was large and air conditioned, it had a balcony, as requested, a fridge and plenty of storage space. The spa facilities were near to our room and generally clean. The breakfast was adequate but the low quality foods were generally very salty.

The room wasn't properly cleaned before our stay. The bin was full and there was hair in places. What was totally inexcusable was the lack of DRINKING WATER in the spa areas and gym. I complained about this and was told that the water machine was broken. After this, no attempt was made to rectify the situation. The only water dispenser in the hotel was in the dining room and this ran out. Please explain to me how you can run a spa hotel without drinking water? The jacuzzi was not maintained properly and was dirty in the afternoons. The whole spa area lacked ventilation and was terribly hot. The pool was shut for renovation, which we knew, and the alternative pool in a nearby hotel was poor. The gym was not supervised by members of staff and was over run with rather arrogant teenage boys who made life unpleasant for other users. Staff need to get off their backsides, stop playing with their phones and sort out these problems before someone gets hurt.

I was amazed how beautiful, peaceful and talking the resort is. Everyone from the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend the place and I myself will definitely visit again.

Pleasant, tasty, could be cleaner though

The facilities are excellent, the pool is clean, the staff was more than welcoming and we felt very comfortable during the entire stay. We were greeted by every member of staff, regardless of time and place, which was quite pleasant. The breakfast was rich with spot-on mekitsi!

Too bad the restaurant doesn't offer lunch :/ Our room was not very clean when we came in- there were locks of hair on the floor near the beds, the toilet could've used a bit more cleaning(a paper label was missing too) and the room, resp.the garbage, wasn't taken care of during the whole stay. We found no "Please service the room" tag.

the best hotel in the region for miles. staff is very polite, unusual for Bulgaria. especially Boryana in reception always trying to make sure you feel looked after!
