Good value for the price

Overall, the hotel was nice and clean and had the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were accommodating, nice and helpful.

A minor inconvenience was that the coffee at breakfast was really bad so we had to buy our own. The SPA had potential to be good, however it wasn’t serviced regularly and the amenities were old (I.e., no water in the saunas, the water in the steam bath wasn’t working).

Overall, the stay was a bit disappointing due to poor cleanliness and a lack of a relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent location and a private parking with decent restaurant.

The room was not properly cleaned — it felt dirty, and we even found a sock under the chair. There were visible cobwebs in several places, which were hard to miss. The swimming pool looked murky, and the spa area was not relaxing due to loud, shouting guests creating a lot of noise.

The location of the hotel is very comfortable: close to the amphitheater, the cinema, the museum and the planetarium. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything I could ask for in a hotel room. The pool area has unique design and absolutely stunning views. Overall 10/10 hotel.

The food in the restaurant, staff is very kind and responsitive, the location, car parking, cleanliness, coziness.

Didn't like the SPA and especially the pool, which was very small and with very dirty and cold water, there is no water into the SPA center. Temperature at the SPA is very high. There is no relaxing cool zone. There is not enough storage place in the rooms for clothes such as wardrobes for 3 persons - 1 wardrobe is not enough. Breakfast is pretty good, but it is the same every day. If you stay for more days, there is no variousity.

Amazing vacation

The hotel is great. I recommend it to everyone! The hotel has its own parking. The rooms are newly furnished, clean and large. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was extremely clean. The water in the pool was warm, perfect for small children. There was also a children's corner. The children's corner is not very big, but it was convenient because our child wanted to play in it. The food in the restaurant is delicious. All the staff were friendly. We would definitely come back again!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast buffet. We didn't have time to enjoy the spa, but it looked good.

Amazing views to the mountain and excellent stay

The location towards the mountain is just gorgeous (we asked for a higher floor with a view). The room is spacious, with big comfortable bed, great balcony and all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner at the restaurant - it is not cheap but for sure it’s worth it.

I liked everything but would recommend a net on the balcony and also some water to be left as a compliment. The pool area is a bit strange I would say but it is under renovation so I hope it will be better-looking soon (at least more modern).

I have been staying in Kyparis A for many years, the provided services are gettng better and better every time I pay a visit. The hotel is renovated lately and rooms are modernized. The price is value for money and the environment cozy and friendly. Real hospitality.

A lovely hotel for a relaxing stopover.

Everything. The hotel has an attractive layout with a very nice restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The jewel in the crown fir us was the lovely indoor swimming pool, plus sauna and steam room.

There is no facility for making tea and coffee in the room, though the receptionist made us coffee when we asked

Great place for your adventure needs around the area.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, room was tidy (and got cleaned again on the very next day) and quiet, enough parking spots, central location. Pool, spa and massage options were also a great plus to be available there on site.

Perhaps some of the furniture needs refreshing but it is not bad at all. Due to it's size, the swimming pool could feel a bit packed if the place is too booked/busy.

breakfast was same 3 days in a row, no place for drying wet clothes or towels, there was a strong smell in the spa centre and pool

Very freindly stuff. Comfortable and big rooms as well as clean. It has private parking for free.

The spa is not the best, has a bit "soviet" style and not really convenient. In my opinion for the quality you get, it could be a litlle bit cheaper.
