Overall great stay.

Q stay at 4 Rooms was overall good. The host himself was very responsive. The apartment is overall fine for the price! The location is fabulous, and the place was large and cosy. I would certainly come back, but only if some of the points above are addressed, which I am sure they will be.

The apartment could be a bit better. Unfortunately, during my stay, the buttons on the microwave didn’t work at all, so I was unable to reheat my food — and I did only notice as I was about to check out. And in terms of utensils for food, there were not any plates or utensils to heat or eat my food on. These are my only negative feedback.

Good budget option but bring an eye mask and ear plugs.

The location is literally next to the Mosque so you'll look out the window and it's right there. It's a terrifically convenient location and easy to walk everywhere. The king room was large and the bed comfortable. There's a separate entrance area and a kitchenette area with a microwave, mini fridge and tea kettle. The bathroom has a separate shower room; the water was hot and abundant. The overall space needs a refresh or retake the photos for accuracy because the space is a bit tired. It was clean though! Bring an eye mask; the room was bright at night. There's a particularly troublesome bar downstairs and it was loud most every night so we awoke most nights when the noise started: Not the host's fault but just be aware. If you are looking for a budget stay, it was a good value. We stayed a week and the host had our room refreshed mid-way. You'll walk two flights of stairs to your room so it's not appropriate for those who can't climb stairs.

Needs a refresh to resemble the photos. Needs blackout curtains; it's really bright at night. Loud at night from a bar downstairs. A little bit of care by the host could make it a fantastic choice.

Great spot in Plovdiv

The location is perfect, right in the centre of it all. The terrace was lovely for a quiet cuppa in the morning and a quick phone call home.

The neighbours in the room next to us who decided it was a great idea to use the terrace at 1.30am and carry on until 3am, as we were unfortunately right underneath. Perhaps it could be looked into to lock the terrace door between 10.30pm and 7.00am

Perfect location to visit beautiful Plovdiv!

The location was superb as it is just a few steps away from the Old Town whilst on the other side we had a very nice street full of shops and very near Tsar Simeon's Garden. Location could not be better. The studio flat is in a corner with windows all around to view the streets underneath. It is good for a short stay. Plovdiv is beautiful! The host was very kind and he let us check-in much earlier than we should have and for this we are very grateful.

We had to leave the windows open for some fresh air, but unfortunately and understandably, there was a lot of chatter from the restaurants and bars opposite, well past midnight. I guess we could have closed the windows but we needed the breeze!

Amazing

The location is amazing, it is in the top center of the city. Despite that it is located in the center, when you close the window you won’t hear anything, and you can sleep calmly. The owner is also nice and was reactive. With this price, i only can say it is perfect.

Spacy room, comfortable bed, clean, excellent location, surprisingly quiet. The communication with the host was easy, sincere and efficient. The hosts are very thoughtful people, generous and caring for the detail and comfort of their guest. Will return!

It's a bit difficult with the parking, but we were lucky to find a spot nearby.

Great location and hosts, but place needs a bit of upkeep

Communication with the host was great, the bedroom/living space area was nice and spacious, and the location was ideal.

The property is just in need of a bit of upkeep, especially in the kitchen and bathroom area, which seemed quite rundown and not very appealing, and I also found some rubbish left there, e.g. an empty wine bottle above the toilet. Also, none of the heaters seemed to work (apart from the main A/C unit), which meant it was freezing cold in the kitchen and bathroom. There were also very little facilities in the kitchen, e.g. no plates or bowls to eat from, very little cutlery. The front door lock is also quite temperamental: on a couple of occasions, the key almost got stuck in the lock. This is a shame, as the property host was nice and friendly, but a bit more care just needs to be taken to make the place as welcoming as possible.

Bathroom could use some fixes, door opens up automatically after closing, slightly annoying, but using the right touch it stays closed. Some loose tiles. Nothing major.

Superb

The location was perfect for access to sights, shops and eating places. The room was very quiet with no noise from the bar below.

We arrived and had to phone for the code to open the key safe. I believed, because I set the filter in the app, that there was a kettle in the room. There were 2 mugs but no kettle. As a result of a phone call we were supplied with a kettle. It was necessary to phone up to obtain the password for the WiFi. These are small things easy to remedy but do cloud the memory of a wonderful visit.

The location is right at the heart of Plovdiv. They have a microwave, electric kettle and free tea.

The soundproofing was not perfect and due to the location being so central, you could hear the people outside.

Great place

Great location, spacious room, comfortable big bed, clean and cozy. The room had everything I needed. I foud my stay in Plovdiv very comfortable. Lovely host. I highly recommend this place.

It was very noisy and I had to sleep with the window closed, which was not ideal, beacuse of the warm weather. But this is completely normal, having in mind the central location and the fact that I stayed there on a friday night.

Relaxed apartment in the party center of the city

The location is outstanding - living more central is impossible. It only has to be clear that there is party in the streets all night long. If you like this, 4 rooms is a perfect choice. The apartment is large and has a nice living style.

There is no power plug available in the bathroom to connect an electric shaver. All windows have a mosquito net, but the one in the bathroom has not.
