A lovely host, but whoever manages the listing is not.

The host seems to be a really lovely person, and the location and views are spectacular! Others reviews have complained about the road, but there is a perfectly good road that is passable in any vehicle and takes you right to the property. This should be no problem so long as you check the map and don't try to drive up the footpaths up the steep hillside. Remember where you are; you cannot expect asphalt roads everywhere and theres only a few hundred meters of track so it is no problem at all.

The experience was confusing and unpleasant. Booking.com listed an ATM in Trigrad, but it has never worked. We were bikepacking through the mountains, politely explained our situation and asked about alternative payment options, but the manager responded angrily and without understanding. When we met the actual host, she was kind and genuinely upset we were leaving—it seems the rude messages came from someone managing the listing for her. A real shame, as the host herself was lovely. She would be more sucessful if she wrote the messages herself.

The view from the balcony was amazing. It was easy to book a couple of days extra. The hostess Jani is the sweetest lady. Even though it was hard to communicate, she tried her best and made us feel very welcome.

The only way to prepare some food is by using the microwave. We never use a microwave so we used our own cookingstove. Even for boiling water for coffee or thea. It would be fine if there are least was a waterboiler or something like that. Also, there are no curtains in the rooms so if you want to sleep late, make sure to bring a sleeping mask.
