Very friendly staff - that goes without saying. They are ready to accommodate any requests and available pretty much anytime! This made me return to this hotel in the first place! Thank you!

Our bed was not particularly comfortable, and the room was next to the laundry room, which was noisy from very early in the morning.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, they kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost since one with a better view was available – a very thoughtful gesture. The room was clean, quiet, and had a lovely view, making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was satisfying, offering all the basics and good coffee to start the day. The spa facilities, including the steam bath, sauna, and hammam, were a great bonus – especially since they opened them just for us. Very decent for the price! There was a small mix-up with the payment, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally, and we found a solution right away. We also tried the restaurant – the food was tasty, fairly priced, and overall, a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

The room was nice and clean, very nice bathroom. Breakfast was simple, small choice, but enough and tasty. We enjoyed the whirlpool and sauna. We had a dinner in the restaurant and the food was tasty.

The surroundings (neighborhood) of the hotel is little bit weird - old dilapidated houses... i know it's not the hotel's fault, but it affects the views.
