Amazing stay

Couldn't fault it. The staff were polite and attentive. The room was very spacious and clean. The decor is very modern and the beds were very comfortable. There was a TV in each room. The living area had a smart TV. There were two balconies, one in each room. The breakfast was good. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The room had a beautiful view of the nearby forest.

There could be more breakfast options.

Greate accommodation, just don't eat here!

Amazing location, very nice rooms, very comfortable, nice facilities: the pool and sauna! Very clean and comfortable with hot water and nice staff. (For example, in the last day, we were all four, leaving very early, so we asked if they could prepare something for the road because the breakfast was paid: and they did prepare some sandwiches, fruits water and other stuff).

Food... I mean, the food was the worst we had in any 3 - or 4-star hotel we ever stayed in. Exept for the brackfast where you had what to choose at least. But the rest... It's just awful... Anything we ordered was a mixed bag of frozen stuff (literally the vegetables were cold, almost frozen) or absolutely no taste. I mean, simple rice, chicken soup, and even a margarita pizza were plain bad. So yeah... we bought our food from the nearby city stores or went to another nearby restaurant...

Fabulous

Great location in the pine woods , quiet and fresh air. There are plenty of hiking places around and the Orpheus rocks are visible. There is a SPA centre in the hotel- pool, sauna and steam/aroma rooms . They are amazing ! I would highly recommend and would stay again!

The location, the view, and the silence.

At 20:00 o'clock not everything in the SPA was working and was on. The tap water on the first day was brown.

it was nice staying in lovely nature, although we had to go by car to supermarket, ski lift

very nice small hotel, surrounded by lovely nature, nice spa centre for such a small 3 stars hotel, very big and warm apartment, comfy beds

hotel is far from everything, according to Booking.com it should be near Snezanka lift but this is not true, the nearest ski lift is 10 km away, fridge and microwave were out of order, luck of knowledge of english language from reception staff

winter holiday

the staff is great, very polite and helpful, not only the receptionist, but everyone! the facility guy really helped us with the car, it was -14/-15 🙂 persona in the restaurant also polite. the also accept dogs, but only on the first floor, in villa, not in the main building. spa is very clean and seems to be recently renovated.

the couch in the apartment was very uncomfortable

Beautiful and quiet location

Super clean; spacious apartments, friendly and accommodating staff; beautiful location (away from the main crowds in Pamporovo)

The spa was small and not that well maintained; the pool was cold Important: there is one main hotel building where the spa and restaurant are located + ~7-8 more smaller ones. Our apartment turned out to be in one of the auxiliary buildings, so we didn't have direct access to the spa center - this was not mentioned in any way in the booking description and a bit disappointing with 2 young kids...
