Disappointing

The hotel is placed in a beautiful location in the forest not far away from the ski resort.

Unfortunately the place hasn't been cleaned properly for years. There is a lot of dust everywhere.

Poor bad Non functional hotel

The hotel is in a good location. Logical since Pamporovo is an area with a good location.

Initially the location in the booking application sent us 5 km away. The phone we called was not working (The phone is mentioned in the booking) Another phone we found was picked up by someone who did not know a single word of English. No one could explain to us where the hotel is. The name of the hotel in the booking was Hotel Elitza While when we arrived it said hotel elitsa.!! And the worst is this. After we arrived and left our things we went out for food and drinks in Pamporovo at a restaurant. When we came back around 02:00 the main door of the hotel was closed locked and during checkin nobody explain us how to ho inside!!!!!! And we waited 20 minutes in -7 degrees Celsius Waiting for our voices to be heard from someone to open the door for us. Really unacceptable you can see the photo the room with clean sheets and towels!!

the toilet of the room was dirty, and the sink with brown marks, the towels were old with big yellow marks all over them. poor breakfast, dirty cutlery and broken cups.

The paid breakfast was very minimalistic. Not worth 7 lev per person. Hot water for tea was luke warm.

It was extremely cold, the hotel was closed in fact. There was no staff, nothing. I have to be honest - it was mentioned that the restorant and other facilities are closed, but nobody informed us that we will be the only one guests and there is no heating in the whole hotel. I really cannot understand where is their profit with our stay there.

Perfect location. Small room but with a decent size balcony. Enough to enjoy the astonishing view. The hotel and the furniture are definitely outdated, but the room was clean.

The whole place needs a bit of renovation.

Was clean, comfortable, was assisted by a little fridge / what indeed they MUST provide for each room, as everywhere in accordance of Carantine.

The bad internet as only this you can have when the TV channels also not worked. And winter's getting cold outside early, not very comfortable to go watch TV at the cold common area. As is a Carantine restricted time, you can't go out bars and piano bar & restaurants at the centre of the Skiing resort. Wasn't nice to meet you up with: it is not fixed- but we don't know why. The owner's been calling from abroad sayin" to the host old person manager meeting up the guests that: whatever! I Russian fluently so wasn't nice to hear that my own ears via the manager's mobile on Viber. Wasn't fridge into the room and als a Kato me for boiling water for morning and late evening some cafe or tea to prepare, as when you stay for couple of days, and no delivery services by the supermarket and food take away. We found ourselves walking or driving few miles down the centre to the Skiing village for taking a food and carry it. Lovely for when is summer but the winter and especially New Years eve and Hollidays:(...

Имаше паяци по тавана в банята; имаше паяжини в самата стая, по прозорците, между прозорците изобщо не беше почиствано от очевидно дълго време; в леглото имаше дупка и се усещаха дъските; чаршафите миришеха на престояло, изобщо не личеше да са изпрани; банята миришеше силно на белина плюс друга лоша миризма; допълнителното легло в стаята беше набутано в под покривната част, където е пълен мрак, и е високо максимално може би 1,50 от земята до тавана.

Храната е вкусна, прясно приготвена и с хубави продукти. Има условия за спа процедури - джакузи и сауна. Много голямо удобство е приемането на домашни любимци в хотела. Мястото е тихо и спокойно, с възможност за приятни разходки. Близо до хотела има паркинг. Любителите на зимни спортове могат да използват времето на престоя си с каране на моторни шейни или ски.
