Amazing location, room, staff, spa facilities.
There was someone yelling on their phone until maybe 10 pm and they seemed to be someone local, not another tourist.

Great location at the base of a popular hike. The area is beautiful and the hotel has nice facilities for sauna.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place. The staff were polite. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast arrived quickly.
The last bit of the road to the hotel is a dirt road. The staff were polite but seemed unbothered and not attentive. The room decor is very dated. The bathroom had a bad smell coming out of it. The breakfast was good, however the choices were limited and portions were a bit small. There are only a few skylights in the room and no proper windows. One of them had a stuck blind which you could not pull up and only one window was actually opening.
