Very comfortable place, close to the train station, good restaurant, nice cafe/ bar, supermarkets, shops, kind stuff.

Good size, nice location, good view.

the sheets and duvet were dirty like they hadn't been changed in a week, the shower holder was broken

Disappointing

The room was warm and spacious, with kitchen. Very low price.

The hotel is placed above a car service store. The building smells weird. We had to change room because the window didn't close firmly and let the wind come in. The next room didn't have thick curtains to hide incoming light from the sun. The room wasn't so clean. Although at first the manager let us change the room, he was not willing to help us with the problems of the second room. Choose this hotel only if low price is very important to you.

book two rooms, only one was available. Since we came at night, we had no other option but to squeeze all 5 in one room. We had to use our inflatable bed. We didn’t get refund for other room!

Fair price for what is offered. Surprisingly big room and big bathroom, with basic furniture and equipment. Clean! Probably great for skiers or hikers looking for budget place to stay although with no kitchen and mini fridge they will have to relly on restaurants. The town center is 10-15 minutes walk. Has a parking area with sheds to keep your vehicle covered

No air-conditioner so in the summer it can be hot espessially on the last store. Curtainses are hard to impossible to slide away to open the window and ensure enough airflow for cooling. A mosquito net on the window will be welcome addition

Perfect stay!

Very close to Bansko. Very clean, spacious, bright and quiet. Free parking under a carport (so shade in summer and no snow in winter). Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking perfectly English! Comfortable bed, free WiFi, work desk, balcony, heating, big bathroom. More than you can expect!

It was hard to find. They didn’t hang up the sign yet. :-( „Reception“ is in the car parts shop. Entrance and parking behind the building, but first check-in at the car parts shop.

Трудно открихме местоположението, въпреки че е в самото начало на града, гугъл има проблеми да разграничи апартхотела от прилежащия автосервиз. Беше вече тъмно като пристигнахме и се лутахме докато го открием, защото букинг автоматично взема от гугъл телефон към магазин/сервиза? на който никой не отговаря. Собствениците се мъчат да разрешат този проблем, дано да успеят.
