A good place to rest if you are passing by and want to break the journey

We liked the comfort of the room/beds, the space inside and the location is near a shop.

The accommodation is located on the top/5th floor, so it’s not suitable for people that carry luggage. Half of the towels had a bad smell and were unusable. The design of the windows did not display a spacious view, which would have been beneficial. Lovely big windows along the stairs, but the view again was inaccessible and curtains weren’t allowed to pull aside.

Don’t go there unless you you have no other option!

The host was really friendly and hospitable.

The room was dirty, there was spider nets in the bathroom and mols all around. The beds are uncomfortable and squicky, can’t really sleep well! On the second night there was a stench mix between onion and sower sweat! There are no basic commodities like coffee, tea or bottled water to buy in the guest house. There is a supermarket 5 min walk which closes early, so if you miss it, you have to wait until morning! The room door is really old and you can hear every step from the stairs, also the door have two finger gaps from 3 sides, just a blanket will work better as cold and noise isolation! Parking spot, not really, all spots are reserved for friends, so if you managed to become one, maybe you can park near!The price for this room is extremely hight!

good place for ski

It was pleasure stay at Karov, the house was quite warm in winter, everywhere is clean. The owner is very kind and helpful, he is senior coach of ski and speak English. so you can get all the information about ski in Mechi Chal and Pamporovo.

The mattress was little bit hard. If can provide hair dry in room will be better.

- Very good location: near to the restaurant and the shop. - Very nice and helpful host (he brought us to the room an electric kettle, plates and cutlery). - Bright and spacious room with nice view of Chpelare town.

Good value for money for ski vacation

Extremely kind and welcoming host! He was always there to answer our questions and to provide everything we needed. Awesome view from the window. Heated room and enough hot water, which are very important when you stay in Chepelare during the winter. The guest house is located on a close proximity to the city center but on quiet street.

Локацията като цяло на градчето. До някъде гледката от хотела. В стаята имаше необходимото базово оборудване - спалня, гардероб, маса, малък хладилник, машина за шварц кафе. Бяхме само за 1 нощувка, но домакинът ни каза, че може да не бързаме с напускането на стаята, което си е плюс, когато си с малко дете.

Имаме забележки към чистотата! В момента бяхме само ние в сградата, но ни настаниха на висок етаж, с малко дете и доста багаж. Не споделям коментарите за домакина, че е отзивчив, че помагал за багажа... Нас ни попита, но багажа си го качихме сами. Като цяло, за такава цена има доста по-приятни места за настаняване в Чепеларе, но високата оценка в Booking ни заблуди.

Excel·lent situació, amb un restaurant a l'altra banda del riu que ens agradà molt.

La pressió de l'aigua de la dutxa és excessiva i costa de graduar la temperatura.
