чисто, ново, топло, уютно, спокойно, има асансьор, учтиви и усмихнати домакини и персона, който обича града и работата си, много вкусна закуска и храна, топло посрещане и дискретно ежедневно почистване на стаите, всякакви удобства за деца и възрастни.
на третият етаж срещу асансьора няма табелка с разпопожението на стаите и в едната посока липсва парапет, което би могло да доведе до инциденти ,
