great value accommodation

the main manager was amazing, great English and always there to help us through a very problematic week. he helped us sort out rentals and rides to the mountain, gave great advice and was generally super helpful. room was clean and great value. when I hurt my knee skiing he helped me get a refund on the rest of my rental, also sorted out our bus tickets back to sofia, and his wife was also a super nice person. felt right at home with them!

there was another worker there sometimes who was very unhelpful and a bit hostile. beyond that the only downside is that there's no shop to buy anything nearby, closest is about a 6 minute drive down the road and almost impossible to walk to keep that in mind!

The location is a little far out from the slopes, we didn’t have a car so was difficult to get to. the breakfast is a little basic, just some toast and cheese and few salami pieces.

The staff was very delightful and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice kitchen and clean bathroom and a fantastic mountain view. A lot of space for parking nearby. Breakfast was very good. Good value for money.

Staff were very friendly and helpull. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We were given a better apartment with a view. Parking was just outside the main door. Small problem with the TV was dealt with within minutes. Small extras in the restaurant were provided for free.

Heat pump heating was a bit noisier over night.

Superb location, one of the best in Pamporovo for enjoying the nature and skiing in winter. The hotel staff- so friendly, multilingual, they meet any request you might have- thank you, Boiko, thank you, Ventsislav!

Location is good, relatively close to the slopes. The view is magnificent 😍 it's clean, but it needs renovation in the rooms. Staff is great and very friendly and hospitality. Food in the restaurant is also great! For the value it meets our expectations for a nice skii weekend.

Нищо не ми хареса,домакините не са гостоприемни.

Домакините не са гостоприемни, не успях да се изкача до хотела,понеже е на стръмен баир,който не беше опесачен,нито почистен от снегорин.Звъннах на домакина,обаче,той ми заяви,че него не го бърка изобщо,че аз не мога да се кача,след което поисках връщане на заплатената сума,дори не на цялата,а ако може поне половината,за да мога да отседна на достъпно за мен място,никъде не са вметнали,че трябва да разполагаме с джип 6х6 за да се качим до горе.След като помолих за възтановяване на поне половината сума,получих отговор,че това няма как да стане,те не се поддават на рекет и няма да въртнат и стотинка,домакина беше супер не гостоприемен и се държеше ужасно,след като попитах за възстановяване на сумата,въпреки това,нито Booking успяха да помогнат,нито домакина възстанови поне половината сума,СУПЕР НЕ ДОВОЛЕН ,СЪС СИГУРНОСТ НЯМА ДА ПОВТОРЯ РЕЗЕРВАЦИЯ В ТОЗИ ХОТЕЛ!!!!!! ВНИМАВАЙТЕ!!!
