Hotel Bellevue Pamporovo is a small, family-run property that provides a quiet and practical base for a ski holiday. The overall atmosphere is calm, and despite its modest size, the hotel offers most facilities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, functional, and well organised. Beds are particularly comfortable, and storage is practical, with wardrobes offering both shelves and hanging space suitable for winter clothing. Bathrooms are spacious and include a bathtub, while balconies add an extra pleasant touch. Sound insulation is good, the lift is silent, and the hotel generally feels peaceful. Rooms are very warm, though temperature can be manually adjusted. Leisure and wellness facilities are a clear strength. The swimming pool is a good size and comfortably warm for children, and it appears well maintained with filtration in place. In the basement, guests can use a hammam, sauna, showers, and massage rooms. The massage therapist deserves special mention for the quality of treatments, including reflexology. Common areas are also well designed, with a cosy lobby bar, televisions, and a billiard room that makes the hotel suitable for families. Dining reflects the hotel’s small scale. The restaurant itself is compact and cosy, and the buffet is limited in size but consistently fresh and tasty. As meals are prepared by the owner, the food has a homemade feel, with particularly fresh salads. While the selection is not extensive, it covers essential needs well. Although located away from Pamporovo’s central area around Hotel Perelik, the hotel is conveniently positioned for skiing. A pleasant 10–15 minute walk (even with children) leads to a nearby complex with a hotel, restaurant, ski shop, and direct slope access above Studenets. This arrangement works very well, as skis can be rented and stored there, allowing guests to walk back comfortably without carrying equipment. A shuttle car is available, though waiting may be required.

The main area for improvement is customer service at reception. Requests made in advance through the booking platform and confirmed by phone - such as a quiet room and gluten-free bread - were not prepared upon arrival. Guests with allergies or specific dietary routines may therefore wish to bring their own products as a precaution, even though the buffet offers enough variety overall. The restaurant’s small capacity can also create practical challenges during peak times. When many guests arrive simultaneously, seating becomes limited and some tables may remain reserved. Larger groups should book in advance. Reserving dinner at the hotel is generally advisable, as alternative dining options require driving and evening conditions can be difficult in snowy weather due to the hillside location. Room amenities are minimal, consisting of small sample toiletries that may not be automatically replenished, and the absence of tissue boxes is noticeable during winter stays. Bringing personal toiletries is therefore recommended.

Amazing

Food was amazing very tasty. We looked forward to evening meal every night. Lots of salads, meats, vegetables, potatoes and deserts. Breakfast was very good as well. Lots of choice and Nescafé coffee machine. The room was spacious and had a fridge which is important for me. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Amazing view and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. The spa facilities were good and the pool was warm.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel, but OK for a short term stay. Room size is the biggest advantage.

+ room size + staff is nice though speaking limited English + nice view from the balcony + food was acceptable, but would probably not have it for more than 2 days + free parking

- rooms are outdated - hotel building requires renovation (that was our first dissapointment when we arrived as it is not looking as good as on the picture) - overpriced for what is being offered (might be due to holidays we visited) We did not use the spa so can't comment on that.

Great place to relax

The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The waiter was very professional. Everything was comfortable and there were good facilities: sauna, steam room, massage and swimming pool.

The front of the hotel could easily be improved. There is scruffy green matting on the approach outside and the parking area could be surfaced. There is rough unfinished concrete and hardcore. The bathroom layout was badly designed. There was very little room between the sink and the wall and the toilet paper holder was out of reach. The sauna was not open on the last day of our stay because there were not enough guests in the hotel!! The chef tried a little too hard. No problems with the food but he kept coming to our table to interrupt our conversation to ask our opinion about the food.

Храната е хубава и разнообразна, особено на вечерята. Ресторантът изглежда малко старовремски, но готвачите и помощния персонал се опитват да направят всичко възможно, за да направят закуските и вечерите приятни

Хотелът се намира на около километър и половина от центъра на Пампорово - лифта Студенец. По принцип хотелът предлага безплатен техен транспорт до това място, но на него не може да се разчита. Наложи ни се да се прибираме пеша в снега с бебе на ръце, защото колата не можеше да дойде, а персоналът на хотела не направиха нищо проактивно да помогнат

Otelin konumu mükemmel, kayak merkezinin biraz yukarısında kalıyor, kar kaplı orman manzarası müthiş. Odalar tertemiz.

Yemekler ortalama, kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri genelde hep aynı. Yemekte içilen sudan para alıyorlar ve bu otele yakışmıyor. Akşam yemeğinde sallama siyah çay bile paralı.Ayrıca odalardaki mini barlara hiç su konulmuyor, yemeklerde garson hizmetleri vasatında altında, bizdeki ilgiyi beklemeyin.

Не было в бассейне спасателя или другого персонала, который бы следил, чтоб придерживались правил поведения. Взрослые и дети прыгали с разгона в бассейн, хотя есть надпись не прыгать. И очень жарко в номере, даже при выключенных батареях

Това не е просто хотел, а място с приятелска атмосфера и родопско гостоприемство! Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив и кара всеки гост да се чувства у дома. Храната в ресторанта заслужава отделен отзив - толкова вкусни и разнообразни ястия, сервирани на закуска и вечеря, не сме опитвали в други хотели. Родопските клин и пататник, месните ястия и божествената печена тиква - всичко беше превъзходно. Предостатъчно количество салати и плодове. Стаите и баните са просторни, добре обзаведени и много чисти. Нашата стая беше с нови мокет и матраци. Басейнът не е много голям, но става за плуване и е много чист и с приятна температура. Спа центърът също е много приятен. Уютният лоби бар с камината е прекрасно място за отдих в края на деня. Ако търсите място за истинска почивка и вкусна храна, това е мястото!

Като единствена препоръка, ако е възможно - през летните месеци ще е добре да се обособи външна зона с шезлонги край басейна.

Хотела с намира на пътя за кулата Снежанка. На тихо място с много добра гледка.

Базата на хотела не е нищо особено, не отговаря на 4 звезди. Храната е вкусна, но няма голям избор. Най-дразнещо от всичко беше не досаждане от собственика с въпроса дали сте добре, имате ли нужда от нещо и т.н., и това при всяка среща с него. При напускане на стаята исках да платя сметката си от ресторанта. Казаха ми, че дължа 18лв, дадох 20лв и даже не си направиха устата да ти върнат ресто. Не издадоха и касов бон. Не бих посетил този хотел отново!

Началото на юни

Комплекса е чудесен и може би с най-добрата гледка към планината, Роженската обзерватория и тн. Останахме много доволни от нашият двудневен престой. Персонала просто няма грешка и бяха коректни, усмихнати и полезни с тяхното желание да помогнат както и да било. Те ни снабдиха с лекарство от което се нуждаехме, предложиха да ни закарат/приберат от кулата Снежанка понеже времето не беше сигурно за разходка. За ресторанта оценката е 11 от 10, толкова вкусни ястия. Имаше всичко, Родопски специалитети, българска и международка кухня. Храната беше голяма част домашно производство. Навсякъде беше чисто а дори и бяхме допуснати в кухнята където всичко беше изрядно. Бих препоръчал на всекиму.

Чудесен престой

Престоят ни беше прекрасен, така не са се грижили за нас никъде до сега - специални благодарности на Асен, Веселин, Теньо и на всички останали от екипа, чиито имена не научихме. Хората в хотела бяха изключително мили и отзивчиви. Хотелът беше чист и добре поддържан, стаите бяха просторни, леглата удобни. Спа зоната не е голяма, но за отмора след каране на ски беше предостатъчна. Хотелът е на 7мин с кола до Студенец. Поради малкия брой гости по време на нашия престой, не се хранихме на блок маса и въпреки това менюто беше разнообразно, а храната много вкусна.

Няма включени напитки във вечерята.
