Bad bad bad Food and Restaurant!!!!!!!

Comfortable beds and nice location

The food was atrocious. Molded bread for breakfast, a breakfast and dinner serving that was the same every day, rotten tomatoes, molded cheese, dry croissant that were served 4 days in a row, all dishes were cooked with apparently oil that went bad and had bad oily taste. Just dont eat at the hottel!!! Soups and salads were also horrible. Deserts were atore bought 10 days old dry cakes and some fruits (the only positive food side). Never have though that i will again be forced to drink watter from plastic cup but that was the only thing in the restaurant provided for drinks!!!!!!!

Good value for a skiing holiday.

The hotel has everything you need for a ski holiday. Diverse breakfast and dinner, paid shuttle to the ski center and a large pool to relax after a day on the slopes.

The rooms are a bit old and not very well maintained but considering you're not going there to spend time inside, it doesn't matter that much.

The only advantage of the hotel is the location - very central, on the main street

Extremely updated furniture, awful bathroom, the worst shower I have seen, you could hear everything from the room beacause of the bad isolation. The breakfast is the worst I have ever had in a hotel .

Welcome to council paradise

I stayed years ago at this hotel and though they have maintained the service. What a dive it has become. Only location!

Don’t know where to start from… Cleanliness Lack of food of choice No tv signal Lack of heating… only hour in evening and hour in morning while -15 Taps don’t work properly Don’t come and see for yourself.

Short NYE - with some bumps

The New Years Event was well organized and food was quite tasty. Our apartment was very spacious and nicely laid out. Value for money is OK - you get an OK room and OK food. Not more, not less. For NYE - best deal in town. It was an interesting experience.

Old, outdated hotel. Messy everywhere. Staff do their best, but are not used to modern working ethics - sad-faced people who seem to hate what they do. The presence of an eccentric owner who has his own agenda with his entourage is for sure not very helpful. Attitude, interior and approach don’t fit into the morden world. No details necessary - it is understandable that they use the place to squeeze money out - and any renovation would drive prices up, but this is inevitable in this case.

Good hotel with average food and room quality

The hotel location is good, the staff was very nice. The lobby bar atmosphere was amazing with a fireplace and live guitar music every evening. The pool and sauna were clean and nice. There are kids playing room, billiard and table tennis to intertain the kids in the evening.

The room was nice, however the sofa bed was almost on the floor which is not very nice during winter time. The Bathroom was very bad maintained- shower door broken, bin broken. We were there for 4 nights and our towels were not changed at all. The food in the buffet restaurant wasn't very good and with limited variety.

Superb

Everything was great, the room was large enough for single occupant, with a balcony too. I pre booked breakfast and dinner package as expected a lot of the restaurants in the resort were closed. Both meals were buffet and there was an adequate selection to suit most people/tastes, there were 2 buses with school kids/teens and the dinner selection catered for them, fries and other deep fried offerings which they seemed to enjoy, tho there were lots more offerings. The pool was great, well maintained. I used the Hotel as a base to tour around and visit lots of places of interest, Pamporovo is central to most being less than an hour in all directions. All in all i'm very happy with the Hotel and facilities on offer.

Disappointing

location was good, the pool is great

first they didnt let us to get into to the pool becuase of a group of school children. the lady in the front desk doesnt speak english, we find some boy that translate us. the elevator small for stroller and smelly, the room smells from old water, the doors in the shower broken, the electric in the kitchen doesnt work... and so on...

The hotel is clean, the water in the pool is warm and clean.

There was a green School with huge group of kids. They were very noisy at all the time. Especially at late night when they were running in the corridors, knocking on the doors and screaming. Those kids suppose to be accommodated in separate floor or even entire separate unit of the building! Unfortunately I was in a room between rooms with children. For my entire stay I couldn't rest. Before anyone book a room can consider that and probably can make a call and ask of there is a such of group at the time you consider visiting the hotel.

Won’t happen ever again.

The location of the hotel was OK. Nice breakfast.

The window to our room was cracked, we could feel the wind. The heating was a problem, way to hot at times but during our 2nd night we were freezing for a while. They don’t give you robes and slippers for the SPA, which was also a massive inconvinient. Also, if you decide to book here, it’s very important to take with you EARPLUGS, the walls were so thin that we could even hear the kids that were playing on the stairway at the lower floors.

Low value, high price

The only positive was the good heating and the lady who gave me a massage.But the actual person who gave me the massage not the lady at the Spa reception who was never there when you need her.

To start with the room was old, it had a bad smell and on top of that there was hair in the bathtub. The sheets were not fitting the bed and the bed was uncomfortable. The food was also really bad. My expectations weren’t very high but even so the experience was bad. If at least basic hygiene was maintained, I wouldn’t leave that bad review.

Horrible hotel

The food was alright.

The room was not that dirty, but the shower cabin was broken. Also, on the sofa there was a huge spot. The corridors were really dirty. The rooms are old and most of the cabinets are also quite damaged. The indoor pool is clean, but there is no ventilation and on the second day of our stay, our eyes started to burn, because there were too much chemicals.
