Decent, but expensive for what its worth.

Location = perfect Parking - always found a spot Food - the breakfast was AMAZING

Rooms - small and extremely HOT. Staff - typical Bulgarian hospitality ;) Not a lot of talking and not a lot of "politeness"

Overall i would visit again with keeping in mind that a bigger rooms nedds to be booked and recommmend.

Overall the property is at a good location, clean and friendly and helpful staff.

Double rooms are really really small. If you are a family with even a small child or even a couple, you need to consider booking one bedroom suite at least since we booked initially a double room and after only bringing luggage inside, it was almost impossible to step on the floor since there was no space for moving around.

A perfect stay for the money.

1. The breakfast was rich and quality. 2. The staff was helpful and qualified, especially Katya, the children advisor in the entertainment room. 3. This hotel is perfect for the money worth. 4. Location is quite good. 5. Rooms are very well heated. 6. Internet connection is good. 7. %10 discount for a nearby quality restaurant called Chalet.

1. The swimming pool is cold. 2. There is no room service to the rooms from the restaurant. 2. There are only two lifts for 8 floors to be used by both the visitors and the staff, sometimes they are busy.

Enjoyed our stay, great view

Extra comfy bed, beautiful view from the 8th floor, quiet location. This must be mentioned: A wedding was booked at the hotel during our stay, with a top floor bar to be used for photos, only, at the 9th floor (somehow above our room). We were really impressed by the young participants which understood the rules (we supposed) of the hotel. We have had a good sleep, not interrupted by music or some other noises.

Friendly staff but no written communication skills at all! Maybe it is not into their job description 😁 You could even desperately seek for an answer before arrival and receive no reply. We have even requested Booking client support....and their reply came a week later 🤣😂

It was nice, but I do not think that this is 4* hotel

It was clean and cozy.

The restaurant didn’t work all day. It worked only in the morning and in the evening. The staff in the restaurant were rude and unfriendly. The kids place was not good at all. All toys are broken and dirty.

Fantastic 5* experience

This was one of the best experiences we had for the last couple of years. On the 2nd night we had a noisy neighbors and Borislav and his collage arranged a flat instead of room immediately and free of charge.On the top of that we had a bottle of champagne and boul of fruits when they realized I had a birthday that day.Amazing people, rearly available in the current time.The hotel has brand new spa and all looks pretty comfy overall. Highlly recommended and will visit again!

The panorama bar on the top of the hotel did not work and would be absolutely great if next year is open as it looks great place to visit.

Central location

The hotel is located in the centre of the original resort area. It is a short walk to the Rodopi Speciality restaurant (best in Pamporovo) or Chevermeto (if it is open). Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and in the lobby bar which, unusually for a 4-star hotel, had Bulgarian beer - hooray!

We tried the hotel's "Bulgarian Village" traditional restaurant. The service and the wine were both terrible. Perhaps it is different when staying in season.

The hotel has been renovated, including the SPA area which is quite nice. Restaurant has also been refurbished and is much cosier. In general it is one of the best value for money options in Pamporovo.

Breakfast was ok but not special.

The room was dated , broken lock on the door , needed a key but not to easy to open. Bathroom was in bad shape, showerhead was old and broken, lot of fungus in the bathroom. Rooms very small. For the price we payed we expected little better quality.

Not a 4* hotel despite good first appearances

Looks great. Amazing cosy pool/spa area. Best equiped hotel gym I’ve seen in a long time. Excellent selection of delicious buffet food for dinner and breakfast. Some friendly staff.

Main issue was that we slept very badly every night due to the fact our room was unbearably hot! We had all radiators off and slept with door wide open during winter to try and cool it down. We were facing the main road and was very loud all night with bars/cars/people/stray dogs and even wearing ear plugs were awoken, and the room still stayed hot! Also, wifi didn’t work at all. Fridge didn’t work. Toilet had small leak on floor from inlet pipe. No security box in room. Staff were unable to move us to a room on the ‘quieter’ side of the hotel. Most staff spoke very little English.

Nice place, nice hotel, bad room/apartment

- location of the hotel - view in the area - common spaces nicely arranged and clean - pools, spa and gym areas nicely arranged and clean - nice looking restaurant - free shuttle bus to the slopes - playground (the ones with kids will appreciate that) - nice staff, always available, kind and ready to help - management being open to offer places to work for Ukrainian refugees (nice gesture)

Minuses for the apartment at the second floor: - fungus in the bathroom - leaking heater in the bedroom - broken shower - broken shower courtain - missing plug on the baththub - missing plug on the sink - bad noise insulation - fridge barely working - TVs not programmed - all kind of marks, spots and damages in the room (carpet, walls, doors, ceiling) - unconfy beds - not all light working in the room - busy elevators, long waiting time - half board without free drinks (not even water) for dinner The main problem of the hotel is the apartment quality vs the 4 star rating of the hotel and the price paid. The room is a max. 2 starts with indulgence and I really mean it, that is how bad is it.
