Acceptable stay

Location was great one of the best in Pamporovo. From the spa I expected more but it was acceptable. The rooms were OK in size, they were clean. The bed and pillows were acceptable as well. The restaurant on site was very tasty. The Breakfast was almost the same every morning, with not as much variety.

Pillows could have been better. As a whole there is noting to dislike, but also there was nothing exceptional as well.

perfect location and somewhat good money for the value

The Hotel is perfectly located right next to a ski-lift. Parking was included, which was nice as well. The rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite delicious and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately we did not got a double bed as booked, it has been two single beds pushed together. The pool in the spa was cold and the steam room was way too hot.

Very clean bathroom, warm and clean room, tasty food at the restaurant, amazing breakfast. The hotel was next to the ski resort. Everything was really nice!

The caramel sweet at the restaurant wasn't that tasty. It tasted like boiled egg.

Great location next to the lift

The room was nice and clean. The hotel is nearby Studenetz lift which is a great advantage to go quickly in the slopes. The restaurant offered good food quality.

The room was too hot and we needed to stop the heating system and open the window for quite some time before we achieve the normal temperature for sleep. The breakfast can be considered as average.

The location is very good if you are visiting Pamporovo for ski.

The room was very small, there were no bathrobes or slippers. I requested one large bed and got two combined single mattresses. It wasn’t clean, I was with my dog and she found a lot of old food pieces on the floor. And the room was extremely hot. There was some kind of chimney or heater going behind the wall and it was constantly hot.

Very nice and clean place! The stuff is very friendly, excellent job from Branimira from the reception deck. She is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend the SPA, nice and clean :) Excellent location for skiing!

the attentiveness of the receptionist

the terribly soft mattress, the pillows with the smell of sweating, the standard and tasteless cuisine, the coldness of the staff, the absolute lack of any recreational initiative, the full restaurant with no availability for the guests of the structure, slippers and paid bathrobes, an empty minibar, a leaking bathroom sink, etc. etc.

Very bad breakfast and even worst dinner. Small restaurants not enough tables for the guests. Cold rooms because the central heating wasnt on. Friendly staff

The location and access to all the tourism paths and facilities are on your tips. The view to Snejanka tower as well from the restaurant it's breathtaking.
