Pleasant Mountain View apartment, ideal for family skiing trips.

The apartment is a good size with a nice view. It has a balcony overlooking the mountains which is very pleasant. The location is great. They offer shuttle service to the ski lift at a charge of Eur 4pp.

The kitchen could have been better. The dishwasher did not work. It switches in but an error sign kept coming on so we could not use it. There was no washing up liquid, nor a dish cloth or any drying rack for the plates which made pretty difficult to prepare meals and this was one of the main reasons which we booked this property. Some of the pots were greasy so we could not use them. There was no shower does not have the full doors. Some of the water from the shower goes straight on the floor. This was not a big deal because there was a floor drain, but I feel that with a bit of a facelift, this apartment would be so much better. We reported it to the reception who took note of the dishwasher and the shower but no one came to fix it. This is a private apartment and not part of the complex therefore you need to pay extra for the indoor swimming pool. Eur 10pp per day.

The apartment had everything required, was very comfortable and clean

We have stayed in the hotel several times and all throughout could do with new carpet and wallpaper. We have no issue with returning though as you get what you pay for. Only disappointing thing was use of swimming pool not included with these apartments. This could be made clearer when booking and when checking into the hotel. My children 15&12 tried to use the pool and the lifeguard shouted at them and scared my daughter, I then accompanied my son and again the lifeguard was totally rude and told us to speak to reception staff, this could all have been avoided if we had been notified when checking into the hotel.

Lobby, coridors and rooms were dirty. The quality of the Breakfast was low. The coffe machine in the restaurant was not clean. The staff in the reception and restaurant were not lovely and helpful to the guests.

The property was not so far from the lift. The food was ok.

The apartment we were in was in a really bad shape! The shower doors were broken and barely holding, the hanger was broken, from the doors and windows you can feel the cold wind 💨 coming through. The bed sheet was too small for the bed, so every morning we wake up on the bare matress. The first day it was very cold, as they didn’t turn on the heat. Only when we called they did so. The apt is far away from the pool and you have to pass through a cold passage to get to it - not ideal for kids. The pool was cold, but the kids liked it. Overall they should be maintaining the place a lot more than they do today for a 3 star hotel.

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was clean and tidy .

the property was 95% perfect,what would leave the property down is the obvious sign of the lack of a full time maintenance person or 2 , for the small jobs that could be fixed quite easily, ie. broken tiles dripping taps & shower doors , nothing else would I knock the property for .

Hotel and staff friendly and they are in really good location for restaurants and bars etc and ski resort

Rooms are a little dated compared to other hotels and also found it was a little noisy at night with people either outside or from DAKS.

The apartment is big. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. The view from the terrace was stunning. The heating was perfect.

The water was not draining good in the shower. One sliding door was almost falling.

curatenie, servicii raport calitate /pret OK, hotelul are restaurant bufet suedez ,iar mancarea este destul de ok. Are sala de jocuri ptr copii/adulti, spatii de relaxare , muzica live seara, piscina

geamurile de la camere trebuie urgent schimbate - la fiecare adiere de vant flutura perdeaua. Din cauza geamurilor caldura de la calorifere nu facea fata...in rest conditii decente.

Имахме телевизор, но не и приемник за телевизия🤨. Осветлението, малко слабичко. В офертата беше включен басейн, а се оказа че трябва да доплащаме. 20лв възрастен, 10лв за дете.

Много добро местоположение на апартамента. Налични удобства за приятна почивка. Включена готварска печка и посуда за готвене и хранене. Електрическа кана за вода, миялна машина и хладилник. Наличен паркинг.

Посудата за хранене бяха по-малко от предната година. Не беше включена кабелна телевизия.
