Hotel Nero was a nice surprise for me

Nice hotel with spacey rooms, warm and comfortable. Great views. Staff was helpful. There's a shuttle to Studenets, which is very useful. Sufficient parking space at the time we were there, which was great considering how difficult it is to park in Pamporovo. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The food we ordered for dinner at the restaurant was also very good.

The main lift was slow (not much to be done about this). The "kitchen corner" in the room could be fit with more utensils.

I would not recommend this hotel at all, it is very over priced for what there is.

Location was ok providing you had a car.The bar area was nice.

The room wasn't cleaned all week, no one made the bed, we had the same ripped and small towel for the whole week, the hairdryer was useless, there was no kettle even though their was a kitchenette, we only had one extra pillow and no pillow case and the pillow was dirty, the breakfast hot food was only luke warm, there were no information leaflets about the hotel facilities or area or a site to log onto to see what they offered ie New years day the breakfast room was open later - we only found out once we walked through it later on! The grounds, drive and stairs had snow and ice on and were not cleared or gritted , we fell on the ice on the car park area several times during the week resulting in many bruises and cuts.

Restaurant, shuttle to ski slopes have only 8 seats for 400 beds hotel ?!?, swimming pool are very small, 4x8 meters, only 20 sun beds 🙁 Strange noise from pipe in bathroom, all the time, specially at night Order a small dinner for the room, because there is not available seats in the restaurant, and we have to wait 2 hours to eat 😡😡😡

It was clean and warm. The staff was helpful. The location was very good. It was 700 metres away from the ski centre. You can walk or use the otel’s transportation( every hour). The property was suitable for families with children.

Exceptional

Pur room was very spacious with our own bathroom, hall, sink with all the kitchen equipment like cups and plates, table with chairs, TV, big bed and a door to the terrace. Everything was incredibly clean. We tried the pool and the sauna as well and were left satisfied. The breakfast and the restaurant in general had very delicious options as well. There was also good isolation, and the hotel was quiet. We highly recommend this place for couples specifically.

The water in the pool was a bit colder than expected.

Very poor

It was out of the season and there's no staff, very poor communication between the staff present. Cold breakfast, ants in the jam and some other "nice" things. Only 2 people were good from the staff, the guy from the reseption and the boy from the bar. Overall not happy been here and definitely not coming back.
