Staff being super nice , but apartment and everything inside was old and quite used up.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was also very warm inside the apartment.

Old furniture. The sofa bed was busted, the bed mattress seemed very old as you can feel springs and the bed itself wasn’t sturdy at all . The extra bed was Ok. The towels were quite used up and so were the bed sheets (probably cheapest possible ones in the market). Bathroom had also old sanitary .

Clean but worn out

Location is great! The apartment itself was roomy with enough space, and basic facilities such as TV, fridge, microwave oven,, kettle, 2-burner hotplate, large coffee table and table with and chairs. Everything was clean, despite being worn out. Off-Street parking and a general feeling of the property being secure. The cleaning staff were friendly and polite.

The apartment was very worn out. The laminate surface around the basin in the bathroom was frayed and delaminated to the point that it resembled a wet paperback book, rather than a counter top. The same goes for the bottom of the bathroom door. Although it was clean, it did not make for a pleasant experience. The toilet seat had a textured/matte/eggshell (not smooth) surface- I can only assume it is for not feeling instantly frozen in the winter. The coffee table had a broken leg. The lift also had seen better days

A great vacation and rest we had in this place - highly recommended.

The location is just perfect - in the middle of the forest! amazing atmosphere, air, view! The complex upgraded us and we received an apartment, (THANK YOU VERY MUCH for this gesture) which was big, clean and comfortable - equipped with all the needed stuff if you want to prepare your food locally. The internet connectivity was fine. The cable TV was in place. The furniture was very comfortable. We had a perfect time spent there and will recommend the complex to all my friends. Another positive criterion is the location - you have a lot of places around to visit, so take the longest vacation.

In our deal was included a breakfast and in our opinion it was a bit disappointing. The same I would say about the dinner, which we ordered at the place and paid additionally. Another point is that if you are there in cold weather there are no heating appliances in the apartment. The oven was missing in the kitchen. I am sure that the owner can fix these small issues and improve the environment.

The hotel has a base but only this. It is not maintained, there is definitely a huge need for staff. Already in the elevator you see a big confusion of the numbers for the floors - you press floor 5 and go to floor 1. What the hell is going on ?! The floor is dirty and stained, it seems that it has not been cleaned, but the sheets have been changed. As for the "restaurant", it can be called a bunker or a cellar, but not a restaurant. The food - terrible, worse cooked food I have not eaten in Pamporovo, although I have visited 80% of the hotels in Pamporovo. We will definitely not visit the hotel again, we have not eaten badly cooked food. For dinner there were: cabbage, old roasted legs and an imitation cheese product. It was awful!

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the room, it was too cold. The staff provided a small heating machine that improved the situation. The studio kitchenette misses basic facilities to prepare a meal.

Disappointing

The aparment had big windows to a terrace with access to all the guests in the hotel. Each evening and some nights we had people who made barbacue and party in front of our windows. The bed is near the window so you have people just 50 centimeters away from the bed. Cannot take advantage of the natural light as people are passing by and have full view into the room. Such room must not be rented. Reported the issue at the reception, a guardian helped one night one noisy party to finish so we could sleep. The lady at the reception was not empathic, didn't care and just said the she does not have another room. You are being provided with an access card for the elevator that comes along with the room key. As we were four people, the person who wants to leave earlier has to take the stairs. The hotel has multiple levels so this can be a big inconvenience. Breakfast is served in an undergroud room in the next building, which has no windows, fresh air or natural light. A place to avoid.

The room was warm and relatively comfortable.

Food and dining area were not nice. Wellness center was not nice at all. Parking was too small, if not lucky you may not find anywhere to park which would be a problem as the are is absolutely packed.

The room was big. It was warm, even hot.

The kitchen was very poorly equipped. No microwave. One type of glass for the entire apartment. The room was dark. One of the lamps was blinking and was useless. The bathtub was dirty. The shower was not working well. No parking available. The breakfast was just in another building in a basement with no windows. The food was awful. The coffee was even worse. The elevator was with a chip so you have to carry your keys if you wanted to use it. We couldn't eat dinner at the restaurant but other people from our group who did had food poisoning from. The sauna is with a reservation

- the floor in the corridor wasn’t clean - the breakfast was mediocre - some of the baked food was raw - there were no gloves provided, so everyone was touching the main cutlery which during the winter season (when almost everyone is ill) is unpleasant

cheap price, convenient, but not excellent location. Breakfast was good, room acceptable. if you want a cheap stay, it works. But its not a place to hang around too much

The lounge area is actually a hallway with 4 sofas, which closes after 10pm. Restaurant is in the basement, so not actually a place to hang around, but more like to have a quick bite and leave.
