Worst 2* hotel

Kitchen utensils. All needed items were available.

Is a 2* hotel instead of 4#, old amenities, when showering water is in the hole bathroom. We booked a ski holiday. Were 2 rooms for 6 days and we left after 2 nights. Half board was only on paper after 1 dinner no open buffet was served. Slopes were unusable but they were still charging as usual. Food was cold most of it, low variety, the cheapest, but not the worst. We even chose to cook by ourselves. Matress was very thin giving bad sleep and multiple wake ups per night. Staff mostly aggressive, unpolite (even I speak a little bulgarian) and unhelpful. We also had no money back for leaving early. Worst experience in Bulgaria so far.

Nothing. Worst then 2* hotels

We booked 5nigts for skiing but we left after 2. No money back received for leaving early, due to hotel policy. Slopes were unpracticable and there is nothing else to do around. Half board was received first night only. Breakfast was low budget always the same: 2 types of sosage, uncooked omlette, 6 types of bread instead, 3 types of cheese. Dinner was cold also on low variety and budget. Stuff were unfriendly and unhelpful most of the time even if the hotel was almost emply.

We enjoyed our short vacation, atmosphere, weather, and meals all perfect. We will return again.

Door jamb cross beams (lintel) were loose, 1 fell off into my hands when I closed the bathroom door.

Could be better..

Kitchen is new and has a lot of things needed for cooking.

There were cobwebs in the corners around the window. The curtains barely cover the windows. There is no hairdryer. In the bathroom the water always remains on the floor. A lot of it is collected under the sink.

Прекрасен апартамент, чист , просторен, уютен,нов! Бяха се съобразили с всички наши изисквания - тих апартамент, горска гледка, бебешка кошарка! Ще го посетим отново!

Липсата на сешоар, ужасно кафе на закуска, дори да си купите от бара за "скромна" сума- разлика няма. Всичко останало по престоя ни беше прекрасно!

Доволни сме, закуската беше хубава. Ресторанта към хотела предлага много хубава храна. Изключително чисто. Нямаме забележки. Местоположението също е добро.

Имаше силна миризма на почистващ препарат, един ароматизатор би свършил чудесна работа.

Всичко е прекрасно!

Единствената сграда с рампа за хора в колички, не може да се използва, защото асансьора е много малък и в него не влиза стандартна инвалидна количка. В банята не може да се влезе с количка, въпреки че се обадих предварително да потвърдя достъпността. Обобщавам : НЕ Е ПОДХОДЯЩО ЗА ХОРА В ИНВАЛИДНИ КОЛИЧКИ. Най -нагло ме излъгаха че всичко е направено както трябва.
