The hotel was descent with a great location. Definitely worth the money. Staff were very friendly and the food was delic

Disappointing

The apartment was clean.

The staff was not friendly at all. The receptionist (a man with glasses) who met us was very inconsiderate and instead of letting my elderly parents use the lift with our luggage, he made us take the stairs while he took the lift on his own. Apparently to show us to our flat... This was extremely disappointing and very annoying! The walls are very thin and you can hear what happens on the floor from all sides at all times. The bedroom has a very low ceiling which made it very unpleasant as you had to watch out not to bump your head when you get up all the time. The light in the bathroom went out and my father had to go down and ask for someone to come and fix it 4 times!!! Overall, I would say that the staff managed our stay very poorly and I do not recommend this booking.

All in all, very good hotel. A bit expensive due to a late reservation.

Nice location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Also, the free reserved parking is really comfortable. 10-15 minutes walk from the Studenetz lift.

The breakfast was really basic, not special at all. We took dinner once at the hotel (not part of the deal), and were not happy at all. It is much better to go to the Castle restaurant, which is a 2 minutes walk.

The host was great! All the people who work there are so kind, especially the owner! I've had trouble with a car, and he helped me, he was open for all kind of conversations! The heating was great, also the food "a la carte" is so delicious, i suggest you to try all dishes made on SACH! A lot of parking.

Good value for money. Convenient for skiing.

Good hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The parking is packed, but after you park, you have everything you need on a walking distance. You can reach the ski slopes directly from the hotel, but the skiing on the path is not for beginners, but it's walkable. You can return to the hotel by ski, there are signs on the slope next to the hotel. The food in the restaurant is good and the hotel is warm and cozy.

Not the best facilities, but it's good value for money. The parking places are limited, and if you do not communicate in advance, when do you come and leave, there may be issues with the parking spots. But the staff will always find you a solution.

Superb

Very well located, just 15 minutes walking from the slopes. Excellent staff, warm welcoming and always ready to help with any need. The facilities are very good. It is always warm inside the building and the rooms and these are spacious and have everything one might require. Excellent value for money. The restaurant is also a good bet, with a lot of variety and fresh tasting ingredients.

The only point for improvement I can mention are the beds' mattresses that could be a bit more comfortable.

Friendly comfortable hotel close to the ski lift and other hotel restaurants and bars

great location short walk to the lift station. large warm rooms comfortable bed. good hot shower. lovely varied breakfast with lots of choice. they made me some fresh scrambled eggs one morning. the restaurant serves excellent traditional dishes and is excellent value

sauna must be prebooked and takes a while to heat up. I think there is also a charge but not 100%

Basic and healthy! Very friendly owner. Although it is away from the lifts, there is a ski slope behind the hotel which you can ski down to a chair lift. Ideal for snowboarders, not very comfy for skis.

Basically no Covid measures! But this applies to all Bulgaria, not only to this hotel!

It is a great location and everything that you need for ski vaction.

Everything was excellent. The staff is very friendly and nice. The location is close to the lift (around 10 to 15 minutes if you are walking). The breakfast has everything that you need and we would love to come again.

We couldn't start the kitchen stove. It was the second time that we visit this hotel in two different rooms. In both visits the stove was not working. I would recommend to fix that because we tried to make some tea and we brought the needed appliance, but unfortunately we couldn't make it.

Good stay

The room was bigger than we expected. Very cosy and comfortable. The woman on reception is really nice and welcoming.

We stayed 5 nights and not even once the room was cleaned. No change of towels either. In the reservation it said "one double bed" but in reality there were two single beds with two single blankets. There are no pans or pots, the hot plates were not working, the knives were really blunt. One of the nights there was no place where to park, they said everything is full and we should check for a place down the street, which is not reserved for any other hotel (luckily we found)

Konum çok iyi. Kayak yapmaya yürüyerek gittik. Bir de akşam yemekleri tatmin ediciydi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendi güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Oda çok soğuktu. Ayrıca pisti. Yatak inanılmaz rahatsızdı, yana dönmek bile çok zordu ki kayaktan sonra kas ağrıları da eklenince çekilmez oldu. Havlular kirliydi ve bir banyo terliği bile yoktu. Resepsiyondaki kadın tersçe olmadığını söyledi.
