Great mountain stay

Very good location. 10 minutes walk from Smolyan lakes. Nice view of the mountain and fresh cool air.

Always awesome - we are regulars here!

As usual, everything was great. Nice big rooms, nice showers, amazing food. The restaurant is really great, regardless of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Location is amazing as it's adjacent to so many great hikes.

Probably some flexibility on the menu items would be good - we asked for a few changes but they were all declined, but nothing major

Amazing location and perfect place

The hotel was very very clean and the location is beyond amazing. A perfect place to escape and relax. The staff was very friendly and available to answer any questions we had

A nice place to relax and roam around.

Well made food, pleasant staff and great location. We haven't tried the spa facilities. It is well suited for relaxing near the forest, mountains and lakes. Food was nothing extraordinary, but it was tasty and well made.

Our room was above the restaurant which was just a bit noisy, but actually that was not even a problem. There were really no problems. Recommended.

We are very satisfied with the overall experience. The staff was at an excellent level, also the food was extremely tasty. The location is top notch. Definitely will be there for a second time.

We have one tiny recommendation, to pay attention to the windows in the rooms, because it was winding through the window.

The hotel is placed in the mountains with a very beautiful view. The staff is nice and helpful. There is SPA included in the price. The breakfast was rich.

Overall the hotel is nice, but they should pay attention to customer service

The hotel is close to the lakes and cost effective. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean.

They did not change the towels in 3 days. In the day of arrival one of the towels was dirty and we couldn't use it. Since the reception works only until 20:00 we didn't see anyone at the reception who would change it. On the next day we left in on the floor in order to be changed, but they only picked it up and hang it in the bathroom. Pillows were really uncomfortable. The SPA and fitness equipment is a bit limited, no jaccuzzi and works only until 20:00. The breakfast had no vegan options and wasn't clear what exactly we can have as part of our pre-paid breakfast. On the last day there wasn't any hot water for showering and heating and on consulting the staff said there was a connection issue and would come, but we had to check out that same day. There were lots of noisy guests in the hallways and reception area and for some reason someone was vacuuming at midnight.

The staff were really nice. The location is really close to the Smolyan lakes. It's a great place to spend time in the mountains.

Amazing!

It is super quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent and all seems freshly made. They also gladly give you tips for trips, which is great. Parking on side is also available, which is great.

The rooms could have some possibilities to hang stuff to dry. It is a bit tricky to put them anywhere. The water in the pool is a bit cold.

I loved the place!

The hospitality of the staff is unmatched. I can't stress enough how important this is for me, but they really made me feel at home. I loved my stay! The restaurant in the hotel serves amazing food, better than others I've been to. The area is amazing, close to the lakes, quiet, clean air, amazing night sky, it was wonderful!
