It was great and very comfortable

Apartment was amazing. Very big and comfortable same as our home. There were 2 big rooms, one bathroom and two separate toilets which is very essential for 5 people staying in one apartment. Fire place was very nice and it was ready to fire when we arrive. Also even if the location of the apartment is not very close to the slopes, the facility provides a ride in the morning and in the afternoon free of charge. Also the kitchen utensils were very clean and well organised. We were very happy during the stay.

There is no wifi at room at all. Also cellular network was very poor. The only wifi is available only at the reception. Also it is not possible to reach someone in the reception all the time. Sometimes there is nobody in the reception. And if you do not speak bulgarian very well it is sometimes hard to understand each other. They have to hire someone who speaks and understand english very well :)

Perfect summer escape

The hotel is at a perfect location to relax and forage. It is a great escape during the summer, there is a trampoline for the kids and the staff is extremely nice! We had also a view to Snezhanka.

Everything was more than perfect. The food was very good. Breakfast was made in place and also was perfect. The staff was exceptionally polite and made us feel like at home. I really recommend this place and would come again.

- very good accommodation conditions: spacious and well equipped apartment. - quiet area. - transport to slopes. - good restaurant for dinner. - very kind staff.

- the carpet in the apartment is made of long-pile wool, difficult to clean and with a specific smell - the breakfast differs from one day to another, but it has only 2-3 types of products, and these are not in the appropriate number with the members of the room (we were 3 people, several times we only had 2 hotdogs or ham slices). never had butter for breakfast, although one day - only 1 out of 5 :( - we got jam - we were lucky enough to have internet in the bedroom (near the lobby), but not in the living room; even the 4G signal was weak in the living room

Everything was perfect , the apartment with two bedrooms was very spacious , warm and clean . The breakfast was fantastic. The view is beautiful And the location was surrounded by forest.

lovely people, great location and a homely feel.

the property is very Bulgarian in style and very inviting . the owners are wonderful and cannot do enough for you . they give you free lifts to the slopes. have stayed here 3 times and would come back again.

the bathroom is small and the shower very compact. the water seems to leak into the floor so the mat gets wet. there are no washing up items in the kitchen eg scourer or washing up liquid or tea towels. it’s a little frustrating as the kitchen is very well equipped.

True relaxation

The apartment was very spacious, warm and clean. The view was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our dog and although it was not allowed in the hotel restaurant, we were provided with the option to have our breakfast and dinner delivered to our apartment. Although you need a ride to get to the slopes, the location was great for us - the hotel is surrounded by forest. What you get is fresh air, great views, calm atmosphere and true relaxation.

No Wi-Fi connection in the apartment Restaurant does not serve lunch and you need a ride to get to another restaurant. However, one can prepare a quick lunch in the apartment`s kitchen

We chose it because it was pet friendly. But in reality we could not have the dog stay anywhere but the room. We had to leave the puppy upstairs in the room even when we reserved a table in the restaurant of the hotel, as they did not allow any pets.

Un sejur destul de reușit.

Apartamentele sunt mari, este foarte cald (au calorifere electrice), apa caldă de la boiler. Există și ceva veselă și o cană pentru fiert apă. Orice altceva trebuie adus de acasă (detergent de vase, cafetiera, condimente, zahar, etc).

Internet nu este decât în zona de recepție. În camere nu exista Wi-Fi și din păcate nici semnal pentru internetul mobil nu prea este. Cu personalul este foarte greu să te înțelegi, stau foarte prost la limba engleză. Saltelele ieftine și destul de inconfortabile.

Apartamentul a fost spatios, cu semineu pe care l-am folosit. A fost cald in camere. Micul dejun a fost ok. Am avut transport inclus catre zona de ski. Personalul amabil in special soferul si doamna de la mic dejun.

In baie ar trebui sa existe spatiu de depozitare. Salteau un pic cam moale. Ventilatorul din toaleta nu functiona.

Престоят ни беше чудесен, апартаментът беше чист, уютен и напълно оборудван с всичко необходимо. Локацията е много удобна, близо до центъра и в същото време тиха и спокойна. Персоналът ни посрещна с усмивка и внимание, беше отзивчив и любезен, винаги готов да помогне – благодарим им за това. Заведението и храната са на много високо ниво, всяко ястие беше вкусно и поднесено с грижа. Отлично място за почивка. Бихме се върнали отново с удоволствие!

Тих апартамент,гледащ към гората, просторни помещения и много приятен ресторант в комплекса.

Ние бяхме в апартамент 57, не знам дали и в другите е така, но нямаше елементарното необходимо за да се използва иначе снабдената с прибори и съдове кухня-нямаше веро и гъбичка за съдове,никаква сол и захар, кафе...Ако ви трябва сешоар - има само един и се ходи до рецепция за него. В нашия апартамент миришеше много неприятно на дим, вероятно от камината, мебели и баня - малко захабени...

Чудесно място за почивка в планината

Чудесен апартамент с две спални. Има всичко необходимо за една приятна почивка. Отлично местоположение, на една крачка до гората. Домакините бяха много любезни и отзивчиви. Храната в ресторанта е много вкусна! Препоръчвам!
