Simply lovely hotel

Very nice and friendly staff. From the reception, to the restaurant and the rest facilities everyone was so kind and friendly. The hotel has a great view from the back sided rooms, it was quiet, nice and clean. The food was delicious. Thank you, you made our ski-vacation experience even more enjoyable! ☺️

Pleasant

This beautiful location needs renovation! People say “you get what you pay for”. Staff was friendly and did the best to make our stay as comfortable as they can!

It’s alright if you’re travelling for work for day or two but I won’t choose it for vacation.

Relaxing stay

First of all, the receptionist Mladen Yordanov works professionally, he was very hospitable and polite. He carefully explained to us everything we needed, we thank him very much! The room was pleasant hot and spacious. The main food has variety of tasty meals every day.

Excellent location at the forest with a balcony with the amazing view. Clean and warm room. The gentleman on the reception for which I am very sorry that didn't remember his name was very high professional and always willing to help for everything you might need. The breakfast and dinner were valued for the money. The hotel provides a private parking with a few parking spaces which are not enough in case when the hotel is full but you can park nearby the hotel for free. The hotel is only 3 km away from the main ski trails by car but also the hotel offers a free transport. Overall it is very pleasant and comfortable for a vacation.

To be onest I didn't felt comfortable with the guy at the restaurant which was an older gentleman. He was very unprofessional and very unpolited in every meal which we had. Literally I didn't want to go to the breakfast or dinner because he has a lot of inappropriate comments before all of the guests in the restaurant. I didn't know and didn't care about his problems but I really hope that the owner will take care of his behavior. The restaurant should be a pleasant place for meal or having a nice place for coffee without any rude person to make you feel uncomfortable to be there.

It was very clean,very quiet and with friendly staff.The food was very delicious.It's excellent value for money.

The rooms were a bit cold the first day when we arrived but shortly after that the temperature was fine.

Топло, уютно, чисто, всички уреди работят. Удивително посрещане с красива украса за Св. Валентин. Ресторант и механа с камина-супер! Храна, напитки, обслужване-перфектни! Hotel drăguț, personal foarte atent și respectuos Mic dejun și cină foarte bogate și delicioase. Curat, cald , atmosferă plăcută . Mi a plăcut foarte mult ca personalul și a dat interesul să ne simțim bine. Foarte atenți și drăguți !

Otel kompakt küçük bir butik otel gibi. Pamporovo da yoğun sezonda ünlü otellerdeki kalabalık yok. Odalar eski tarz döşenmiş olmasına rağmen çok temiz. Yemekler güzel . Oda sıcaklığı çok iyi biz t shirtle durduk otelde. Spa , havuz da olsaydı çok iyi olurdu. Otel müdürü Sasha çok titiz her konu ile bizzat ilgileniyor. Arabasız geldiğimiz için bize çok yardımcı oldu. Teşekkür ederiz 🌺 tekrar gelirmiyim evet , fiyat fayda dengesi yüksek

İki gün kaldığımız için kayak merkezlerine free transport olayını Alpin mağzasından kiralama ile yaptık. Hatta otel müşterilerne %20 indirim sağlanıyor. Ama uzun süre konaklamada transferin konuşulması lazım

Ползвахме закуска и вечеря и бяхме приятно изненадани от качеството и количеството на храната. Беше много чисто и уютно в стаята, доста топло , та се наложи да намалим парното:), детския кът- доста добре оборудван с много играчки за нашия палав малчуган.Управителката е страхотна , много вежлива . Благодаря ти Саша! Пак ще се върнем , особено като направите и басейн!!!

Çok temiz olması ,konumu personeli yöneticileri ,yemekleri aşırı lezzetli buradan Mustafa beyin selam olsun eline sağlık, yemekler lezzetli ve bol çeşitli olması, fiyat performansı. Het was er erg schoon, het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en het eten was heerlijk.много чист и подреден хотел със вкусна храна и добри управители.

Mustafa şef ve bizi karşılayan bayan ve genç çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldular cok teşekkür ederim. Yemekler lezzetliydi.

Eşimin hastalığı dolayısıyla erken ayrılmak zorunda kaldık, kalan günlerin iadesi konusunda tesis yardımcı olamadı. İsteseler olabilecek durumda olduklarıni düşünüyorum. Güler yüzlü olmak kadar kalan günlerin iadesi de tesisin kalitesini bizim gözümüzde artırirdi. çünkü paramızı ödemiştik ve zorunlu olarak ayrıldık.

Хороший варіант для сімейного відпочинку в горах, близько до центру курорту і підйомників

Чудове розташування, комфортні чисті і дуже теплі номери, хороша сауна і баня. Ввічливий персонал, який робить перебування комфортним. Порадував сюрприз на день народження. Шикарний вид на гори з вікна. Безкоштовні трансфери до підйомників.
