The staff was so caring and helpful. they gave alot of advice where to go & what to do around. Especially Magdalena went out of her way to make sure i have everything i needed. I got a bit sick before my stay and could not have been in a better place. It felt like being in a home away from home.
The food was amazing too. The rooms & bed are super comfy and have a beautiful view into the mountains. I had a room with a balcony which was great. Took some hikes around town, that was magical.

The location is really nice, staff also tried to make our stay pleasant, but rooms were cold, not very clean and disappointing after all.
Breakfast was good, so we enjoyed it very much.
The facilities were old, cold and no value for the money you pay. Parking was on the street, staff did not suggest a better option.
