The best apartment in Trigrad and the most beautiful family we've ever met in Bulgaria. It's our third time in Bulgaria, but our first time in Trigrad, and definitely not the last. Can't wait to be back and meet the great people of this hotel. They made our stay extra special. The rooms are fully equipped, and their restaurant is a really good Bulgarian deal. Family-made food is top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel/rooms for so many reasons. Do not look anywhere if you plan to visit Trigrad. This is the one!

Great place to relax. A lot of interesting places to visit near by.

The location is perfect - right in the center of the town. The rooms are spacious with a great view. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. And the staff is very kind and hospital.

Right in the middle of the village.

Beds and pillows not comfortable. No choice in the restaurant. They use thd fridge as a cupboard.

Restaurant not living up to the rooms.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also quite big. The staff was very friendly and motivated. I believe in the evening there was even for a short time live music which could be heard from the room.

The pillows were too big and hard in our case. I believe it's not actually the pillows but the covers they are put in are too small which was quite uncomfortable. But the point that really hurt was the food. Dinner was just okay. And just okay is for this region which usually has exceptionally good food just not good enough. What made it worse was the breakfast which was straight out bad. The mekitsi were not done in our case and big chunks were still rough dough.

The rooms where clean and cosy with good view to the mountain. Good location in the village. The BBQ where very good.

The only negative thing in our stay where the greasy and not very clean dishes and glasses.

Pas terrible

La chambre ne comporte ni cuisine ni frigo , rien de ce genre. Le chauffage central ( insuffisant ) a été mis à notre arrivée puis coupé pendant la nuit, il devait faire 8º dehors .... Évidemment pas d'eau chaude le matin. Si vous venez en été, il n'y a pas de clim.

Много чисти и уютни стаи. Домакините са много гостоприемни. Бях чувала за родопското гостоприемство, но не очаквах толкова топло отношение. Попитаха ни дали желаем да вечеряме при тях и ни запазиха маса. Храната се приготвяше на момента и беше много вкусна. А закуската: по избор - огромни мекици, пържени филийки или катми, приготвени по желание и на момента. Собственикът при всяка възможност свири на китара и пее. Много зареждащо. Въпреки, че посетихме Триград в началото на месец май, стаите бяха добре затоплени - нито горещо, нито студено. За съжаление бяхме там само за две нощувки. Ако някога отново посетя този край, ще нощувам на същото място!
