Amazing atmosphere authentic Rodopa mountain feel, very cozy and comfortable. The restaurant serves really delicious meals. Great place to stay if you visit Smolyan.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, wonderful restaurant. The restaurant alone is worth the trip. The entire complex is very cool.
The bathroom was completely soaked every time we took a shower and not enough towels to dry stuff off. Breakfast did not include coffee. We brought our own, but couldn’t make it bc there was no water boiler in the room.

The location of the hotel and the bed were great.
1. The room was cold, especially in the morning.
2. The coffee at breakfast is PAID!!! We learnt the last day that a cheaper kind of coffee is included but no one informed us beforehand. Furthermore, the breakfast was often little and sometimes old (croissants were 2 days old, for sure).
3. It was noisy from 8 am due to some kind of construction works in the hotel. That was not the relaxing time we hoped for.
