Great staff, but bad facility.

The staff was awesome - They allowed me to make an early check-in and were super friendly. The guest house have big parking lot for free.

There were ants in my room. Tons of them. There were no glasses in the room. There wasn't hot water from the sink - only from the shower. Both nights there was an extremely loud private party in the restaurant - the noise continued even after 3AM and it was awful as I was there because I was specifically looking for a silent room as I had to woke up early both days. It was super disappointing and I can't believe this is happening.

My stay was a nightmare. disgusting attitude. They do not accept payment by card to avoid tax. They made me look for an ATM all over Smolyan, which wasted half my day. In the end they wouldn't even give me change and I told them to treat themselves to a coffee from me. The owner uses his mother to clean and greet guests while at the same time driving a 200k jeep. They can't replace the toilet seat, which is twenty years old, depreciated and peeling from use. I wouldn't recommend even my worst enemy to stay there.

My terrible experience...

İt was terrible. 1. The hotel was closed when I went. For over an hour, I waited outside in the cold, waiting for the owner of the hotel to arrive. 2. There is no one among the hotel staff who speaks any language other than Bulgarian. 3. They said they don't have the room I booked. They asked for extra money for accommodation.

There was kettle in the room.

When I arrived the place was closed and nobody was there. I called the property but after some time they said me that hotel is closed. I book another hotel and was about to go there and some came and told me that hotel is open. It was difficult to communicate with them in English. They have name Panoramic but there is absolutely no view from the rooms. The toilet smells bad.

Good

Comfy beds, clean bathroom, relatively silent and peaceful

Even though the room was relatively clean, when we entered in it, we were shocked to see the whole floor covered with ants. They were everywhere. We asked the host if we can change the room but he rejected. He was also looking surprised to see so many ants but he said he cannot do anything. He tried to clean them with a mop but didn't take any further actions.

Excellent value for the money. Quiet, safe, clean, attentive staff. Water in the shower was hot at all hours. Wifi is reliable and fast 24/7, i was able to work from there everyday, one hour video meetings and everything, no problem. Good view of the mountains from the balcony. I slept soundly every night. Really good price, too.

Smells a little bit like smoke if the windows are closed too long, but not bad. The staff sprays air freshener when they clean the room, which helps.

OK accommodation

It is very big and spacy with a kitchen and dining table. However, not many dishes included, only a few cups etc. The bed was comfy. The lady tried her best although she didn't speak any English. Parking in front of the house for free.

Too expensive for what you get but unfortunately that is a rule in this area. It was the cheapest possibility around Pamporovo though, unbelievable...

Mein Aufenthalt im Panorama Guest House war sehr angenehm, ruhig, sauber, mit schöner Aussicht.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Panorama Guest House. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Mein Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr komfortabel, das Badezimmer modern und praktisch. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, ich habe mich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Auch das kostenfreie Parken und das gute WLAN waren ein Plus. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Че имаше свободни стаи за датата която ми бе нужна

Въпреки пе посещавам мястото за 2ри път, първия път получих желаната стая и беше топло и уютно със топла вода в изобилие, а сега беше Беше студено, парното не работеше качествено, имаше една печка за всички стаи и кой по напред да се стопли, топлата вода ту я имаше ту я нямаше, не ми хареса че по време на почивката ми някой лопа по вратата защото са го пратили за единствената печка в хотела която ми бе осигурена, а не дойде лично собственика и стоеше отстрани и наблюдаваше случващото се без да вземе превантивни мерки !
