Reasonable accommodation for a good price.
Bed was comfortable and the room was clean with good facilities. Owner was lovely and made a real effort to communicate with us given the language barrier and accommodated us when we needed to amend our booking last minute.
There was no options at breakfast - you get whatever they decide to make on the morning. Have to wait outside to be let in when checking in which is a bit awkward as there is no one at the reception.

Great place! Would go again
Very clean and very polite staff! The location is a bit far from the old city center but in Smolyan due to how the city is built, that’s the case for the majority of places. Next time I am in Smolyan - this is the place I am picking again.
