The size of the room. It was clean.

The TV didn’t work, and the shower in the bathroom was broken.

Location of the hotel is perfect, next to the main street. The view from the room was beautiful.

Facilities need some renovation, one of the Receptionist was not too helpful, maybe good to add proper breakfast as well.

A perfect central place to stay at for a few days

The hotel was at a central location. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. There was space outside and inside to get together . I loved the cappuccino I could drink whenever I wanted and the woman at the reception was very friendly. Parking space in front of the hotel was very helpful.

I had requested parking which was at the front of the hotel, so easy. Lift to all floors. Great.

The hotel is nice. Apparently was a cinema before. My room was huge. They cleaned it straight after the first night. Bathroom good. I liked my stay overall. For a stay in Smoljan is very good. I'd stay there again.

Damage there is not a small smoking area in the hotel. Outside is cold and no small roof to get covered. Mattress was finished, needed to be replaced. And no night shift? Seriously? They could hire a night shift, for how big the structure is...

The location was very good, the price was good, the view from the room was good.

The room was basic but adequate and clean and that is what we expected for the price. There was no breakfast option but they did provide coffee and some basic pastries at reception

Comfortable stay in the centre of Smolyan.

We like staying at this place. The location is great, it's easy to find a parking space, but most importantly, it's a great value for money. The room is big and the beds are comfortable. And the staff is so kind.

This was my second stay at the hotel and both times I enjoyed the lovely view from my room, the friendly and quite cooperative stuff and the perfect central location. The room was very clean and the small breakfast with tea/coffee appeared as a nice touch.

Exceptional

It's located on the main street and it's very easy to find. It's within a short walking distance from the bus station. The staff are lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
