Very good

Nice hosts, good restaurant in the hotel with many options and local dishes. Very clean and cosy rooms, traditional design, very clean bathroom with nice smelling towels, let you feel at home a bit more :)

No curtains, we woke up early from the light in the room. Beds were quite squeaky. Wi-Fi always dropped in and out on my phone. Blankets were a bit too thick and hot during the night.

Very nice spot and well worth the stop

Lovely spot with off street parking, very nice host and keen to please and help. Comfortable and large room in an incredible building. All facilities were there and an in house restaurant was handy, with great local food on offer. Room had spa bath as well as a shower. Building has been lovingly restored and is superb with all local Timbers. Very comfortable stay indeed.

Wifi was a bit weak, but usable. Curtains were light and let in a lot of light at night, not ideal for those liking a dark room to doze off.

Everything is great of this house. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean and relativly big.

DON'T GO THERE IN WINTER. It was so cold in the room maybe 10-12 degrees celsius.

Great stay in Smolyan. Friendly host and good food!

We came with our family to Smolyan to visit my wife's sister and the location worked well for us, although it is not in the center of the city. The host was very friendly and we enjoyed the comfort of the room and the breakfast served. We also had dinner one night and enjoyed the typical Rhodesian cuisine.

To get in and out of the parking lot is not easy and we chose to park outside on the street the second night. Especially the threshold between street and parking lot should be redone as our car's bottom kept stretching on it.

Great experience with friendly staff and delicious food

Clean and comfortable rooms in a truly authentic house. The staff was beyond excellent and made sure everything was perfect! And the food was beyond this world, truly authentic Bulgarian and super delicious! Can’t wait to come back!

Our room was next to the street so we could here the traffic, but that wasn’t too much of an issue.

I would sum up my stay by saying it was a great value for the money and I would come again.

I must say that the whole experience was very pleasant. The room was very cozy and comfortable and so was the whole property. The free breakfast was very nice. The staff was very polite and parking was available and accessible.

I honestly cannot say that there was something I really disliked. The only minor thing that was anything but perfect was the fact I had a small personal request about a flower for my partner in the house which wasn't possible probably in part because of the language barrier as I do not speak Bulgarian.

Absolutely amazing

The service is amazing, we were treated like family. Absolutely loved the place and the rooms were cozy. The food was great and we had all our wishes fulfilled. Would recommend to a friend. There is parking spaces and it's not very close to the center, but we didn't care.

Къщата е великолепна и от вън и от вътре. Разполага със собствен паркинг, чисти и красиви стаи, собствено заведение за хранене и заплащане чрез ПОС терминал. Кухнята е великолепна, обслужването също, предлагат много вкусни местни ястия, закуската сутрин беше от региона неповторима и много вкусна, поднесена с усмивка. Макар и за кратко се почувствахме като че ли на гости при роднини. Бихме посетили отново! Благодарим за всичко!

Много доволна

Домакинът е много приятен човек, който се старае максимално за комфорта на гостите. Абсолютен педант е във всяко отношение. Къщата е безупречно чиста, на всяко ъгълче, от градината, до това как са подредени ножовете в кухнята и колко чисти са тиганите (надникнах леко и останах очарована от чистотата и подредеността!!). Стаята е широка и чиста. Местоположението е добро. В центъра на квартала. Има паркинг за гостите на къщата. Закуската беше много вкусна!

Ако трябва да напиша минус - той ще е по-скоро за това, че явно не беше пускано отопление в нашата стая скоро и беше доста трудно да се стопли, но като цяло това е единствения минус, ако мога да го нарека така. Беше супер!
