The cleanliness of the room and of the hotel exceeded my expectations. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I ever stayed, including 4 star hotels. Bathroom very clean. Beds are comfortable. Parking available in the yard. Owner speaks only Bulgarian, but it was fine. They live in the same yard and are around, but not staying at the reception.

No refrigerator in the room.

Lovely accommodation, clean bed linen and towels. Hand disinfectant was available in the room. The bathroom was clean and bright. The room itself was clean too. I would suggest adding some QR codes or labels with the Wi-Fi password. I really enjoyed the food they offer, especially the grilled kiufte and kebapche, as well as sausages and pork ribs. All of the meat is produced in their own factory. The staff is very friendly and active. There is private parking behind the building.

Water pressure was low at night and it was challenging to shower, but it improved significantly in the morning. I would recommend more lights in the restaurant area. The location is in an industrial area but it is very quiet.

- some members of the staff have difficulties to communicate in a foreign language - location is safe but noisy if your windows are facing the street, far from the center (no strolling opportunities)
