Perfect!

Our stay was surrounded by forest and located very close to the ski slopes, which made everything incredibly convenient. You can rent ski equipment directly at the reception or from a rental shop near the slopes. The property also has a spa area with a jacuzzi and two saunas, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. One of the best parts is that you can reach the ski center by walking or skiing along a beautiful forest road. After just 200 meters, you’re already on the green slope near Studenets Ski Center and several restaurants. The food was very good. Breakfast is ok and each morning you can choose one option from their menu. Our stay was made even more enjoyable thanks to Oleg, the receptionist/waiter. He is incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. I felt like home! Overall, it was a perfect place for a ski vacation.

A family run place with its own charater which offers cozy challet style atmosphere. Its located in a very quiet area yet close to the ski center. The best and the most delightful surpise however was the food in the restaurant which was very delicious, well presented and with good variety for each taste offering both lovely classics (fantastc steak and pasta) as well as specialties such as varenki (sort of pelmeni) . The home made cheesecake is one of its kind. The beds and the pollows were comfortable to us.

We had a studio with double bed and two single beds however there was no wardrobe which contributed to a messy room. It was very hot in our room maybe due to the unusual warm weather in Feb but we sloved it by opening the door.

Breakfast was really nice, compare to previous years they show wide range of choices, rights now is 9 type of breakfast that are included into price for your stay. Also find all souses and dressings of salads as an extremely tasty.

We arrived at the hotel at 14:00. But the room had not been cleaned yet. We waited about 1 hour. Indifferent receptionist. There should be more kitchen utensils in the villa (elecric stove,plate, spoon. fork etc.) They brought it after asking.

Exceptional

Everything was fantastic. The location is perfect, just 100 metres from the slope, you can bring your skis and just slide down to the lift. There are enough parking spots for the guests. The rooms and villas are amazing, warm all the time, nothing broken. The food was exceptional, prepared fast, super delicious and at reasonable price. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, which makes the experience even greater. There is also a SPA area, which costs 10 BGN per person per day, it looks amazing and you have a few saunas + an amazing jacuzzi designed like a cave. Overall the place is amazing and worth the price until this date. I can only congratulate the owners and hopefully they can keep it like this.

Very, very pleasant

This hotel is unlike any other that you'll find in Pamporovo. The wooden architecture is beautiful and very cosy. Their food is delicious, especially their Ukrainian menu. But what really made our stay enjoyable were their helpful and exceptionally friendly staff. Definitely will revisit.

Meet with the nature

Splendid location into the deep forest, next to the ski run, simply get down the hill to the hotel. Authentic Russian Bath -it's paid 10leva per each, but truly worth it. Not quite diverse, but the menu covers most of the authentic Ukrainian cuisine. Quite reasonably priced.

The road leading to the hotel is slippery and steep. During heavy snowfalls, keep in mind to take the tire chains.

One of the best places in Pamporovo. Excellent cuisine, attitude and scope of services offered! There is also a children's room, which is very convenient for a family who has children. It is convenient, very close to find the ski track by going down on skis directly to the ski lift station. There is also a magnificent, real Ruska Banya in the hotel. The staff is all friendly and pleasant. The rooms are cozy, clean. Excellent value for money!! Everything was on top

Wooden house by the slope

The family running the place was awesome, hard working people. Location is very close to the slope, food is reasonably priced and delicious, the architecture is fascinating, we could rent skis at half of the usual price in pamporovo, all in all i would stay there again thanks for the hospitality.
