We would definitely come back again!

Upon arrival, we were impressed by the welcoming staff - friendly and helpful, ready to help with anything we needed. The room was warm and cozy, the food was delicious and well prepared. There is also a SPA area with a pool - a great place to relax after a day in the mountains. We would definitely come back again!

Disappointed

Old fashion rooms. The General Manager was very rude. He doean’t like childrens, doesn’t like people to stay in the lobby bar and so on. After 10.00 p.m everything is closed and you do not have any option for fun or just to spend time with your friends.

Good value for money

Really beautiful location in the heart of the forest - if it's snowy when you are there, it's absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was nice with a good choice of foods. The interior of the rooms is not the most fancy one but it was clean and comfy.

The spa/wellness center is quite small and when a group of people (let's say 6-7 people) go there it gets pretty crowded.

Exceptional

Really nice hotel with amazing staff. The nice lady at the reception that left warm sandwiches in my room knowing that i will arrive late (it took me a few hours more to drive there because of the snow) needs to get a raise or to be put in charge. She's doing a great job. The hotel is rather old but it is well taken care of. Everything works, it was really clean and i received everything i needed (including bath robes for the sauna and the steam bath). It's nice and quiet, in the middle of the forest. Good parking with video surveillance. About 500 meters away by foot from Malina2 ski lift (the longest in Pamporovo) yet if you bring your own equipment it's not realistic to walk to the slopes. Win some, lose some. Decent food. Good facilities (sauna, steam bath, small indoor pool). Overall, really great value for money and a really good experience.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful especially the receptionist. The hotel is old style very warm and secluded in the forest.

The shower drain in the room was blocked

Pleasant

It was quiet and clean. The pool and the sauna was a reason why we choose this hotel and it was great. The water in the pool was at a good temperature for adults and children.

The fact that the employees don t speak and don t ubderstand at all English. That s why it is kmposibble to comunicate whit them. The fact that in the restaurant area and in the lobby you don t have the possibility to pay with the card and accept only cash.

Cosy and Warming Pamporovo Hotel

Nice and traditional food for the Rhodope mountain. Very pleasing indeed. Good measures against Covid-19.

frumos, poate vom mai reveni...

Ne-a placut faptul ca o camera tripla a insemnat de fapt 2 camere (nu ca in alte parti 1 camera dubla + pat suplimentar), micul dejun relativ divers, locatia in mijlocul naturii si foarte aproape de partie (aproximativ 5 min de mers cu masina). Au venit in fiecare zi sa ia gunoiul din camera si ne aranjau asternuturile si la 2 zile ne schimbau prosoapele.

Nu ne-a placut piscina care avea apa cam calduta spre rece si era deschisa doar pana la ora 19.00, personalul nu stia limba engleza ceea ce ne ingreuna comunicarea, la masa de biliard am fost dati la o parte sa mai joace si altii, dupa ce cumparasem deja jetoane.

Pozitionarea. In padure, liniste si foarte aproape de ski center. Camerele calduroase. Se facea curatenie zilnic.

Mobilier invechit. Personal nu foarte prietenos. Mancare decenta.

La masa de seara (cina ) se închideau toate dozatoarele de apă și suc , pentru ca ei să te poată determina să cumperi de la ei tot ce înseamnă băuturi .

Много приветлив и учтив персонал. Беше чисто и топло. Спато е добро. Масажа си струва. Храната не беше лоша, всичко беше на ниво. Има забавления за децата, билярт, джага. Със сигурност бяхме отседнали отново в хотела

Леглото не ми беше много удобно, но за три, четири дни не е болка за умиране.

Fiyat ve performans açısından çok iyiydi.Sicaktı.Konumu iyiydi.Kahvalti ve akşam yemeği iyiydi.Ancak son iki gün az müşteri olduğu için sanırım serpme kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği içinde bir iki çeşit üzerinden seçim yaparak yemek aldık.Calısanlar çok güler yüzlüydu.

Kahve bardağını kahvaltı dışına çıkarmayın şeklinde küçük bir uyarı aldık.Orta yerde kahve için bir otomat olabilir.Odada kahve için su ısıtıcı olabilir bunun eksikliğini hissettik.

Un sejur la ski plăcut

Camera a fost spațioasă, călduroasă, paturile comfortabile, curățenia se făcea zilnic. Locația dispune și de piscină interioară și saună, atât uscată cât și umedă. Mâncarea la mic dejun și cină a fost gustoasă, însă nu foarte variată.

În prima zi de cazare, ni s-a spus că va veni un microbuz în fiecare zi, la orele 9 si la 10, pentru a duce turiștii la pârtia de ski. A doua zi, am așteptat mașina de la 9.40 la 10.40, tot spunându-se că întârzie puțin... așa că am luat mașina personală și am plecat spre pârtie, însă am pierdut timp prețios... În celelalte zile nu am mai așteptat transportul de la hotel, preferând autoturismul propriu. Un alt inconvenient legat de transportul asigurat de hotel este acela că, la finalul zilei, microbuzut preia turiștii spre hotel la ora 15 sau 16, în condițiile în care pe pârtie se poate skia până spre ora 17, ultima urcare cu telecaunul fiind la ora 16.30.

Ние бяхме с включена закуска и вечеря. Имаше обилно хранене. Предвижвахме се с личен автомобил.

Единственият недостатък беше, че нямаше много сняг:) . Но за сметка на това пистатата ,която беше на около 600метра беше добре поддържана.
