Good hotel for skiing holiday
A lot of places to hang out at reception area Spacious room Staff was nice even though they did not speak very good English
The bathroom door could not be closed There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom and you could see the pipes There was mold in some corners of the room

the best part was the massage. if you stay at this hotel you should book a sport massage with Maria as she has golden hands.

Place is nice and have a good location in center of resort you can get easy everywhere. Ski traks are nearby and there is organised shuttles to them. Staff was nice and kind. Thank you for all.

I like the service in restaurant, very friendly staff and good food. I like the size of the room, cleanness, unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all.
I did not like that I have to pay additional price for using jacuzzi and sauna considering they advertising a spa hotel and all those facility should be included in the total price.

Don’t spend your hard earned money at this hotel. It is not worth the room rate they charge for the stay!
the location
the internet was super slow, the shower was broken, the breakfast was old food, the first hotel I’ve been that charges guests for sauna and steam bath. They offered me a bad steak from the microwave at the restaurant that took two hours to get prepared. Ridiculous!!!
