A family holiday made perfect with this lovely hotel.

Position to centre and ski lift to slopes. As a family of 12 the accommodation suited us well, 6 double rooms all together. Beds very comfortable.

There really wasn’t anything to dislike. Our party all agreed the hotel was perfect for us all.

lack of communication with staff. We were not told of change of breakfast time on our final day meaning no breakfast was available. Our booking also stated that a dinner on NYE was included - even though I provided proof of same on our booking- we were told it’s only for half board booking so- yet it was on my booking confirmation. unfortunately the language barrier at reception made getting any information very difficult. the Tv in the room did not work and there was no coffee in the room after day 1. I addressed the lack of dinner and breakfast at reception on our final day but the receptionist was unable to figure out what went wrong. I emailed the property - they chose to ignore my complaint. I referred it to Booking.com and received a response from the hotel taking no responsibility for the lack of food which we had paid for in the booking. They are adamant that our bed and breakfast option did not include the gala dinner however my booking states “ IMPORTANT NOTICE - RIOM RATES IN 31/12/2022 INCLUDES GALA DINNER.” as for breakfast- they have stated we were told a breakfast would be late as it was a holiday - I can categorically state we were never told !

What a great surprise this hotel is!

The first impression was that the hotel is very clean and the staff is extremely polite. The room was warm and had all the necessities. The bathroom was very clean and nice. The hotel restaurant was a great surprise. We opted for breakfast only which was a buffet style. And for dinner we used the hotel restaurant which was delicious and very affordable. We even got baklava as a compliment. Thank you! The SPA center was perfect although the jacuzzi did not function probably due to covid. I recommend this hotel highly. Definitely worth a visit.

Good hotel

- The hotel is cozy with small but nice spa center. We really enjoyed the steam bath and the sauna. - The one bedroom suite was spacious and sparkling clean. The suite we were settled in has really big terrace as well. - There is parking of the hotel. It's also possible to park on the street in front of the hotel. - We liked the breakfast and the dinner on block table.

- The water in the jacuzzi and in the suite was not that hot, just warm. - It was really noisy in the bedroom because of the loud music coming from a party in Prespa hotel across the street. The music started at 3p.m. and continued at least until 1 a.m. during the night. - Curtains in the room are not protecting from the light coming from the street in the night. - The sofa's leather needs to be changed. - The restaurant is nice but cannot handle all guests coming for dinner at the same time since just the 1st floor is working and this causes inconveniences.

Nice and Relaxing Ski Vacation in the heart of the Ski Resort Pamporovo

The hotel is very well maintained – rooms are well furnished, very warm and with view to the forest. The sauna is also with view to the forest, which is amazing and relaxing – watching the snowfall from the hot sauna. The food was very delicious and with big variety. Finding a parking spot was easy even on 14th of February when the resort was full.

The fitness is small and therefore not well equipped and it was a bit cold at the time of our stay. The jakuzi was out of order for the time of our stay.

Konumu çok güzel .market ve restoranlar yakınında ,canlı bir bölgede.araba park sorunu yaşamadık.kahvaltısı çok iyi ,akşam yemeğini eleştirenler olmuş ama biz beğendik ,açık büfe 4-5 çeşit yemek vardı,lezzetleri güzeldi .fiyat performans olarak bence çok başarılıydı

Беше чисто и топло.

Хотелът е много далеч от пистите и до тях се стига само с автомобил. Такси в едната посока струва между 30–50 лв. Няма асансьор, а стълбите са стръмни, което прави качването на багаж много трудно. Мивките са много неподходящи – при по-силно пускане на водата преливат и мокрят навсякъде, което е особено неудобно и опасно за деца (нашето дете имаше нужда от постоянна помощ). След 20:00 ч. няма никой на рецепция и очевидно липсва политика за контрол на шума. Две поредни вечери наши приятели се наложи да викат полиция заради силен шум от съседна стая през нощта. Ние също трябваше да правим забележка около 23:00 ч. на съседна стая, в която деца бяха оставени сами и вдигаха изключително силен шум. Като цяло – много лошо изживяване. Висока цена без покритие. Не бих посетила отново и не бих препоръчала.

За втори път сме гости на хотела и за втори път сме очаровани. Изключително мили домакини, готови да откликнат на всяка нужда. Невероятно вкусна, богата и разнообразна храна, поднесена в уютната атмосфера на механата. Благодарим и за милият комплимент при ежедневното почистване на стаята. Като добавим и доброто местоположение, уникалната гледка към боровата гора, безплатното гарантирано паркомясто и шатъла до пистите, със сигурност ще се върнем отново и отново. Благодарим Ви за всичко!
