My wife was pregnant, we booked a room without knowing in has no AC. They made their best to accommodate us the next morning to a higher category suit without extra charge!
It’s more modern and luxury rather than real authentic Austrian experience.

The hotel has very nice and clean facilities. The rooms are very clean and newly renovated
The staff was untrained and the hotel is very poorly managed. The processes do not cohere with a standard 5 star hotel.
