Overall, the hotel has great potential and many positive aspects. However, the service quality and overall approach were

Friendly staff, good location.

The hotel appeared to be consistently understaffed throughout our stay. Morning housekeeping was always delayed until after 4:00 pm each day, and there was no housekeeping service available in the evenings. On our last day, housekeeping did not come at all. The kids’ club closed at 4:30 pm, which is around the typical time families return to the hotel after a full day of skiing. As a result, it was never available when needed, making the hotel feel far less family-friendly than expected. For children, the only real activity option was the pool. The half-board buffet was very basic and offered limited variety and quality. It did not meet expectations and is not recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff is smiley and kind. The spa is great, breakfast is lovely.

We booked half board and the dinner experience was fair, not great. Our room was not cleaned on Saturday.

The newly renovated area of the hotel is exquisite, stunning lush rooms but restaurant disappointing

Room, spacious, incredible view, fresh and new. Breakfast was good, reasonable range of food. Spa area a bit tired, in need of a refresh. Helpful staff, useful transport into Kitzbuehel.

The old versus new areas were in start contrast. Beautiful new rooms but shabby looking restaurant, jazz bar, shops, messy corridor between areas. Adult wellness area needs a revamp. Restaurant very disappointing, room felt like a work canteen, poor ambiance, poor service ( at least on our first night)and self serve idea not in keeping with expectations., very average food. Menu repetitive especially when there was no other option for food given the a'la carte restaurant was busy both nights with functions. Are you looking after your guests or the attendees at functions? Disappointed the wellness area was not open all day ? reason

Great spot for a relaxing retreat

The location is great. Staff very friendly. We had a very nice room with Mountain View’s. Breakfast and dinner was great. The Spa area is huge and a great area to relax. We participated in a sound bath that was offered in the onsite yoga studio. A great experience and very nice offer from the hotel. We were also able to travel with our dogs and they were welcomed by everyone.

Nice hotel but not worth the value for money

The room was like in the pictures, big and nice, comfortable and clean, with great view of the mountains. The breakfast was nice, and the spa area and facilities is also very nice and clean. I would have liked if the pool was a little more warmer.

The bathroom in the suite felt a little dated. In general we didn’t feel that it was worth the VFM, it is very expensive and you really don’t get a lot from your stay. The massage was okay (112€ per person), the manicure (65€) was horrible and very expensive (I regret getting it, though the technician was nice and tried to do her best, I ended up fixing it myself during the session and afterwards in my room). The restaurants in the hotel are nice, but again- very expensive. It’s unclear why you have to pay 30€ per day for parking when it’s the hotels own parking garage. We were a bit off-season and on our last day it felt very understaffed: the breakfast hall was packed and you couldn’t get a waiter, during check out we waited in the lobby for 15 minutes to get our car.

In the main restaurant we waited a long time for the food, which then was a bit underwhelming. There is a second restaurant, more local cuisine, which we really enjoyed.

Good, but not what you expect from 5*****

Great location, huge hotel that is build in various stages, complete bottom floor is spa with indoor pool, gym etc. Valet parking. Most of the staff very helpfull

We had a room without airconditioning… for the big money spend it is almost unreal that this is lacking. Room temperature around 28 degree! Even with balcony door open all night. Some staff at one of the restaurants was rude to customers. Also food was simply no good enough. Just a simple burger almost completely raw inside. I do like medium.. but this was not professional. The bun was blackened and not nice to eat on the edge. So there is improvement to be made. Welcome drink and check-out gift not received despite mentioned on their app and site. Or it was the offered bottle of water..😳

Exceptional Stay at Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel

I had an amazing experience at the Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel very welcome – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The spa area was lovely, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a stressful week. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent. Everything about the stay exceeded expectations. I can't wait to come back!

Poor one star service from a five star resort - two months on and their mistake still not resolved!

Restaurants and restaurant staff were fantastic, room was also superb

Staff were not ensuring that u16s were kept out of the adult area of the spa, very disconcerting. Also after their staff made a regretable mistake on our last day, which they admitted to and agreed to remedy, we are still waiting for them to deliver, over two months since we stayed.

Great hotel, on a convinient location with a superb half board formulla

The welcome i hotel was wo derfull and the spa area was amazing. I took half board formula and the food (breakfast and dinner) was the best i ever enjoyed in a european hotel, and dinner is worthy to compete with the more fancy high end restaurants with made to order food.

The construction of the new buildings gave some daytime noise pollution. The same construction yard is also the unfortunate scenic view from the breakfast/dinner restaurant which was the only shortcoming during my stay

ALPINE EXCELLENCE!

This was our second visit to this hotel within one month. We just love it. Great decor, facilities (The Gym is probably the best I have seen and the Spa is nice as well), comfy bar, lovely and helpful staff, and great food. Just a whole package of excellence. Great job guys! We will be back soon again.

Everything was really excellent, maybe just the Spa area could be kept cleaner. There were piles of used towels everywhere. Apart from that, PERFECT in every way!

Absolutely amazing! the staff were exceptional, the attention to detail at every moment of our stay was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and the room was perfect, we loved the huge bath tub. we were given welcome drinks upon arrival, shown to our rooms and our luggage take care off, Rico at reception drove us to town for drinks as part of the service in the hotel van, just wow, what great service, and we were given refreshments to take with us when checked out and a lovely gift each. The Golf restaurant was beautiful, as was the food and the service from the young water. I think he was called Louis. Highly highly recommended.

An exceptionally good ski break in a fabulous hotel.

Loved the hotel. Staff so friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to and collecting us from the ski gondola / slopes meant no carrying or walking with ski gear at all.
