Relaxing and made allot of memories

Breakfast was very nice. Dinner was also very nice. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. One waiter / manager went above and beyond - Achilles. He was amazing and always served us very professionally and friendly.

The Gym area and equipment must be upgraded. Not allot of equipment and also out dated. The gym area is also very small. Not allot of people can gym in that area

Very conveniently situated and comfortable property

Cozy hotel very conveniently located next to Kitz Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to the main Gondola. Cozy lounge with very friendly staff, good drinks and a fireplace gave it a real ski chalet type atmosphere. Descent size, clean rooms were a bit too rustic but very comfortable. Excellent facilities - the breakfast selection was extensive and very good, and the various saunas after a day of skiing were perfect. After dinners in town, we would call it a night with a drink at the lounge area by the fireplace. Overall, highly recommended.

Rooms were a bit too rustic style but that’s a personal preference. Our windows faced Main Street and the neon lights from the shops across the street were an overkill but the shades would take care of it.

Cosy hotel with an attentive staff and a great location.

The room was much more spacious than I expected. The view from the balcony and up the Hahnenkamm was spectacular. The bar and lounge area was comfortable and cozy and a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The breakfast was a lovely assortment of continental items with options for hot food from the kitchen. The one night we ate in at the hotel restaurant (pre-notification of participation required) was delicious and very well prepared. If you are a skier it is an easy walk (about 5 minutes) from the hotel to the Hahnenkammbahn. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Close to everything, a home away from home.

The hotel had a family atmosphere with exceptional staff. We loved Ivana and Susannah at breakfast and the bar staff in the comfy lounge were excellent. They were polite and willing to attend to all our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. The sauna and steam rooms were brilliant apres ski!

Great location if you are exploring Kitzbuel and the surrounding area.

Fabulous traditional look Austrian hotel. Great location. We never needed our car!! Breakfast was excellent. Hotel decor is fascinating.

Rooms were nice but lacked amenities - no drinks options other than water from the tap. No shampoo, just soap.

Hotel parking wasn't free of charge. For the check in they asked for my credit card as a guarantee, even though there is no such information at the booking profile and i did not receive any such information after booking and before arriving the hotel. When i mentioned this to the reception they tried to prove me wrong and said they would check but they never came back with any feedback.

Great location and lovely staff. Fabulous breakfast and Easter morning they had several Easter offerings. I was given a room with a lovely balcony. It was such a lovely older hotel. It even had keys for the rooms.

Lovely hotel for summer walking holiday

Helpful staff and nice room with a balcony and wonderful views. We enjoyed the dinners and breakfasts and the comfy bar area. Easy walk to town.

We loved the food and everyone was kind. The location was excellent for skiing.

It would have been nice to know we needed dinner reservations everywhere and the concierge was not very helpful with that. We were unable to eat out without them.

Good location in the city center and near the main ski lift.

Convenient location: about 5 min from the ski lift, ski rent and main street of the town.

Breakfasts were pretty frugal. It was not easy to get a cup of coffee. Staff was not friendly.

Very Disappointing.

The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were amazing and helpful.

What you see in photos of the rooms, is not what you get. We booked a single room of 16m2 for my son and he landed up being put into a 10m2 room with a small window, might as well have put him in a cupboard. After complaining for a few days as we were there for 11 nights, he was eventually given a better room, the 16m2 room that was advertised. I booked a double room and it was also disappointing and not what shown on the website. The rooms are very dark (lighting is bad).Linen is like sleeping on sandpaper. Pillows are terrible. No bedside mats on wood floor. Bedside tables very small. No drawers to put your socks and underwear. Clothes cupboard has few shelves and hangers. Very, very disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel and management are aware of my issues.

Very pleasant with a few issues.

Most guests will be happy with the hotel. It is in a good location close to the railway station, ski lift and old town.

The mattress was not very comfortable, no tea/coffee in room, booking.com listing says toiletries but only single combined hand, hair and body dispenser. A cracked tile in bathroom and varnish peeling off the bathroom door. The hotel has 2 restaurants there is a traditional one at front of building with wood panelling and a pleasant, but devoid of character, function room at rear of property. Both serve same food but vastly different experience. I was not allowed to eat in the nicer restaurant - I suspect it is reserved for guests who book direct. I recommend messaging hotel and insist you eat in the nicer restaurant when you book.
