Excellent small, family run hotel near the center of Kitzbuhel.

This was my second stay at Hotel Resch and once again I was very pleased with the experience. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are modern without sacrificing Tyrolean charm. The ski room offers great storage and boot dryers and the bar next to reception on the main floor is a great spot for an after-ski/pre-dinner drink. The breakfast is truly outstanding in terms of both service and variety. Location is excellent: short walk to restaurants, shopping and the main skit lift up the Hanenkam.

Best three star ever! Super. But I'd probably go to a higher resort and a ski in accommodation

Best three star hotel I've ever been to. Five star staff, cleanliness and room comfort . Super friendly and professional. Room for three was much more spacious than a typical French Alps apartment for six!!! The wellness area is much better than it advertises with a proper dry sauna, infrared cabin, super showers and rest area.

While the breakfast is very good (fantastic service and beautiful tableware), the hotel lacks it's own restaurant for lunch and dinner. There is a fine Italian restaurant in the building but it opens only for dinner and requires reservation. I guess that if Resch had its own all day food service it would be a four star hotel (though it clearly feels four star given the service). There are plenty of options within a few minutes walk in the centre anyway. The other issue is that it takes a little effort to carry the skis all the way to the main lift or to the kids ski school. It is located between the two. So, it's a good compromise for those dropping kids at school and then going up to the mountain. Finally, Kitzbühel stands at barely 800 m altitude which means it is difficult to keep good snow in the lower areas.

Very nice hotel close to Hahnenkamm

This is an excellent hotel with great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good and sauna is available for hotel guests every day. Distance to skilifts is reasonable. Everything was clean and tidy.

The only very minor complaint is that the rooms could be slightly bigger.

great location with it being close to the ski field but more importantly was the exceptional service by the people at Hotel Resch. From the start we were impressed by the friendly staff and their efforts to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. I will never forget the invitation to Christmas Eve drinks where we were given hospitality like a family gathering. it was very special
