There was some noise through the walls from bedrooms either side of mine, but it was fine for a short stay.

Great resort in Kitzbühel for skiing.

Location of the hotel was great and the breakfast was very good. Sauna was nice after skiing. Also, the ski room was very nice to allow the skis to dry after a day on the slopes.

no actual bar /lounge so lacked atmosphere and was very cold in the seating used as a bar and reception - very disappointing but staff were lovely would have preferred one of the refurbished rooms but as we book very last minute got the older rooms not as nice but still clean and Hotel is in a fabulous location

Breakfast, excellent variety of food choices, View was lovely out to the mountains.

The room was dark and very warm. Lighting was not good. The mirror in the bedroom was of brown glass, couldn't see a thing! Need a long mirror . Otherwise the room was lovely and big, and the bed very comfortable 😌

Not really for a relaxing & enjoyable time

The breakfast was alright and also the location in the middle of the city is not bad for starting tours, visit the area, etc.

The rooms are quite old-school and even after we upgraded our room I felt like staying in an outdated hotel. The room had a window directly to the Main Street of Kitzbühel. It was so loud every night and as the room did not had a real AC or anything, we had to sleep with the window open and hear people scream and scour during the nights. Was not very relaxing.

Excellent staff, food and location very central The property is stunning with lots of great touches from the furnishing in the public areas to the amenities (swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and sun bed).

It was very warm whilst we were there 30c + no air conditioning so very hard to sleep at night. Appreciate that it is not always be so warm so installing air conditioning may not be cost effective or possible in such an historic building, but perhaps an electric fan could be considered for the room which might provide some relief.

Beautiful Hotel, in a great location, It was a pleasure having breakfast every morning looking at the snowy mountains, the breakfast was beautiful, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Kitzbuhel.

Nice hotel in a wonderful town - try get a room with a balcony

I was last at this hotel more than 30 years ago, as a child - it hasn't changed much, which is good. The location is everything, Kitzbuhel is a very nice place to be regardless of the season. Room was OK, breakfast better.

Felt a bit disappointed with the room. When you look at the back of the hotel from the carpark it seems there are a multitude of traditional rooms with big balconies, we were put into a pokey little room with a window looking out onto someone else's door and window - staff quarters?

Nice location, good breakfast, comfortable room, but church bell is too loud.

Breakfast was great, location is good, garden is quite good, pool is nice but it could be better if it were not indoor. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The church is next to the hotel, which is great. However, you hear the bells very loudly. Especially early in the morning, at 7:00 the bell is ringing very long and loud.

Odalar soğuk ve merkezi sistem olduğu için istediğiniz an odayı ısıtamıyorsunuz. Nerdeyse 40m2lik odada sadece bir tane petek vardı. Rezervasyon yaparken çocuklar ve kendimiz için iki ayrı oda ayırttık ama otele gittiğimizde odaların bir tanesi -1 katta bir diğeri ise 3.katta verildi. İki odabarası daha uzak olamazdın:) düzeltmelerini rica ettik ama ilave para istediler.
